Motel Vue Belvédère

Very small room. Nothing like the pictures. Like a motel small room. Very expensive and felt staff manipulative to tell us there was no other restraint but the one on the hill. They must have some relationship with them. When we left we turned a different direction from parking lot and found a beautiful loss expensive really good restaurant attached to another motel near Ferry. I would highly recommend that one over the other. Not sure if we would return but the views by the water are spectacular. But there are others to choose from that are nearby. Felt taken advantage of.

This motel overlooks the St Lawrence river. We had a river facing room with outdoor balcony, the view was beautiful. Rooms were large and very clean, queen beds were comfortable. Location is very convenient to nearby whale watching or hiking.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with this motel and the manager. Our car broke down (engine dead) in Baie Sainte-Catherine and we got towed for the night in Saint-Simeon. The tow truck driver brought us to this motel. Lived in St-Simeon all his life and knows this guy. We thought, well, probably a decent place and the manager will take care of us as a result since we are referred, but not at all! The manager even though we were referred and arrived at 10:30pm on a Sunday night and he knew our situation and that we were getting towed again the next morning, was only interested in making money. He had many rooms available for us. Already with thousands of dollars this incident would cost us (happened on 1st day of our vacation so ruined the whole vacation), I wanted to pay the least amount for a night here. So the cheapest was $190 for a night and the room we got was disgraceful. The smallest room ever, the smallest bed ever and smallest shower ever. Even my 5'1", 104 lbs wife found the shower too small. It was hard for both of us to walk around the room with all our stuff it was so small. The next day we saw that they had many bigger and more beautiful rooms. We couldn't believe that the manager wouldn't put us in at least a decent room considering we were referred and it was 10:30pm and we had a big misfortune. It would have cost him nothing to do so. The next day the manager talked to me twice. I was just waiting for him to ask me about my night or the room to tell him the truth, but he never dared. No kidding. We would never go back there and do not recommend this motel to anyone. Greedy and cheap manager with no compassion. And the room we got should never belong in a motel like this nor be $190 for a night!!!

Terrible experience! Extremely rude and bad treatment. I booked a room by mistake while on the road & looking for a hotel in Rivière du Loop. I contacted the motel immediately to correct the error, but was surprised to be treated very rudely on the phone and charged full price for the room. The hotel staff continued to be very rude and unhelpful while we tried to follow up on charges afterwards and in fact hung up on the *********** representatives who were trying to sort this out. Shockingly bad treatment and terrible customer service! Do not book at this place!

Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux! La chambre est très propre, le bain et la douche sont très grandes. Un magnifique balcon surplombant le fleuve. La piscine et le jacuzzi, sont aussi très bien entretenus tout est parfait! Vue magnifique sur le fleuve St-Laurent Merci mille fois

Les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils le service est vraiment bon on y dort bien très bon hôtel motel si je pourrais j’y retournerai la vue était sublime les lits les coussins etait moelleux et chaud nous n’avons eu aucun problème à trouver la chambre ou à obtenir des informations
