Tucked away in a private cul-de-sac, this beautifully renovated 18th-century terraced townhouse offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Fully refurbished in 2021, it provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of town, with shops and restaurants just steps away (U Express – 50m). Enjoy a landscaped outdoor space of over 100m², featuring a large shaded terrace, a small private pool (5m x 2m) with a safety alarm, and a private parking space right in front of the house. Air conditioning & WiFi for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Washer/dryer, barbecue, and deckchairs for ultimate convenience. Closed garage available on-site (€10/day, subject to availability). Bright living room opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Laundry area & separate toilet. 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower & sink). Independent toilet. Flexible sleeping arrangements: One bedroom offers a 160x200 cm double bed, which can be arranged as two twin beds upon request (please specify at booking). Linens, towels, and tea towels provided. Baby cot (no sheets) and high chair available on request. Pool open from April to the end of October (unheated). Local recommendations & guide available via my profile.
