Super 8 by Wyndham St. Regis

Older hotel , Very nice remodeled rooms, great parking, awesome food near by , staff was very nice and very accommodating.

If I was rating solely by comparing to all other hotels, this would be 4 stars instead of 5. But I think value is an important part of the equation, and this seems to be a great value. It's nice, spacious, clean, and has plenty of amenities. Staff was very friendly. It's extremely easy to get to from the freeway, but get a room pointing the other way and it was quiet - we slept very well. Nit picks: almost no bathroom counter space. Bathroom door and space inside strangely narrow. Breakfast was just a little skimpy (though they advertise it as "light" so good for them). Their luggage carts must be wonky as all the hallway walls have scrapes all along them. We could hear our neighbors pretty well (though they were family and we had adjoining rooms; maybe most rooms are better).

I’m on the road a lot as a travel nurse. Anytime I’m on I90, I try to stop at the Super 8 in St. Regis, MT( which can be several times a year Rooms are clean and the staff goes out of their way to assure they can accommodate my disability needs, even calling me before my trip, to make sure they understand what I need and if it’s not available, they find a way to make it available. During my most recent visit on 15 November of this year, evening clerk CJ went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. As always, thank you Motel 8 St. Regis and I look forward to my next visit!

The hotel is clean with the exception of carpeting in the hallways. Venus who works the front desk is exceptionally helpful and friendly and most house keeping staff as well. There was one woman who worked mostly at evening/nights who made our stay miserable. She’s over the top rude and hateful. And just very strange. The way we were charged, telling us it would all be charged at one time then on 2 occasions getting additional charges, is very sketchy. We have a special needs child and would have the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. Yet at 9 am house keeping would start banging on the door. Then we get a note saying “they WILL be entering the room at least every other day”. It was all just too much. Staff was friendly with the exception of the one person.

Your front desk staff wouldn’t stop her smoke break to check me and my sleeping daughter in. When I finally asked if she or the man she was hanging out with were staff she became hostile and made check in incredibly uncomfortable. The hotel was not clean and incredibly outdated. The pictures are nothing like the actual facility and it smelled terribly of mold.

Rooms not cleaned and had attached rooms looks spooky and shady hotel. Not many options for the food or places to visit nearby.
