Front desk staff very friendly. Booked a king room and was given double beds. In order to get the room we booked, we would have been split up with others we were with ( which had king beds too) Disappointed we would be inconvenienced when that's what we originally booked and paid for. We were offered $20 valet fee waived.
Room was dated and very basic. Didn't even have a counter on sink to do hair and get ready or hold a hair brush. Some outlets didn't work.

Older but very clean hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Only downfall was tv small and should be mounted on wall for easy viewing. No where to sit toiletries in bathroom or in room. Would definitely stay there again though and recommend to others.

No refrigerator, ice machine broke, elevators broke. Nothing exciting about this hotel other than the location.

The lobby area was ok but the elevator was broken. The room was small and the mattress was lumpy and we kept slipping into the middle. I don’t think we’ll return.

We didn't realize there was no elevator until we checked in. The plumbing didn't work terribly well. However, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the lobby had an adorable bar and it really is walking distance from the best parts of Downtown St. Pete. I'd stay here again, for sure.

We had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly. Valet only parking, but we knew this at time of booking. Car was brought quickly when needed. I would stay again if in St Petersburg.

The hotel is retro cool. Rooms could use updating but price is great for downtown. Location is terrific…walkable to coffee places, restaurants, USF St Pete and St Pete Pier. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Mixed reviews with this hotel. Some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed like they didn’t even want to be at work.
Wifi was spotty at best and only really worked while in lobby. Rooms are what you would expect for the price. Bathroom is useable but nothing to write about. Bathroom sink hand no water pressure and trickled out.
Only 1 server in lobby restaurant/bar who was overwhelmed; didn’t help that he walked away after taking orders for half our table and didn’t come back for another 20 mins to take orders for the rest - our kids’ food arrived after everyone else was finished eating.

The hotel was great! However, it is not handicap friendly. Their elevator was broken, and there are a lot of steps on each floor, not just leading up from one floor to another. Just something to keep in mind if you are disabled.
