Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We offer FREE KAYAKS during your stay. Bring your boat, we have FREE BOAT PARKING; bring fishing rods, you can fish right from the docks. Our guests reported frequent sightings of dolphins, manatees and many sea animals. DOCKS-We have 2 docks. 1 is available for guest use, the 2nd one is being rebuilt and expected to be completed asap. We are near: DOWNTOWN ST. Pete - 3.5 mi TROPICANA FIELD - 4 mi VINOY PARK- 4 mi TAMPA INT'L Airport: 23 mi ST. PETE Beaches - 8-9 mi ST. Good location Adequate place to stay while visiting relatives. Nice neighborhood to walk in, and close to some really fun restaurants. Some units are still being worked on because of previous flooding.
