The youngest hotel of the Nevsky Hotels Group, Art Hall is located in the famous Yards of Capella at 11 Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street. It takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the Neva Embankment, and the hotel is less than 700 meters from the world-famous Winter Palace and Palace Square. You can always find a restaurant, a cafe, or a bar to suit any taste right next to the hotel. "Nevsky Prospect" metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel has 23 comfortable rooms with one double or two twin beds. The concept of this hotel is different from other hotels of the Group: the rooms of Art Hall are designed in black and white, while large windows overlooking the classy Yards of Capella give you an unforgettable experience of St. Petersburg. All rooms have private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and toiletries. There is a TV, a telephone, a safe, air-conditioning, a closet, and a desk. There is a cooler with hot and cold drinking water on every floor.
The hotel is located on the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors of a building without a lift. You can find the reception desk on the second floor. The Art Hall security service is ready to protect you 24/7. For the convenience of our guests, we provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
We provide our guests with a full range of travel services including visa support, registration, and transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel and back. In addition, guests can use the laundry service, rent a car with a driver or interpreter, and book train or plane tickets. Наглая отмена брони! Бронь за месяц! Перед бронированием прочитать отзыв. Могут кинуть в последний момент. Добрый день! За месяц заранее планировала поездку в Питер на праздничные дни с 04.11.2022-06.11.2022г. 05.10.2022г. купила билеты на поезд и забронировала номер двухместный с 1 кроватью в мини-гостинице «Арт-отель» по адресу ул. Большая Конюшенная , д. 11 через сайт Суточно.ру. Внесла предоплату 1008 руб (от полной стоимости 5 600-00 за 2 ночи) согласно условиям на сайте. Сегодня 01.11.2022г. мне приходит уведомление по вайбер и в мобильное приложение Суточно.ру, что моя бронь # 16728981 от 05.10.2022г. отменена владельцем отеля!!! На основании чего произведена отмена - не написано (фото прилагаю). На сайте был указан контактный номер Алины из отеля. Я позвонила, чтобы узнать причину отмены, выяснить что случилось?! В итоге мне ответили что это отмена не ошибочна, что сайт выкидывает номера, которых у них нет в наличии и им некуда меня селить! НО на минуточку, я бронировала за месяц! а проснулись они только первого ноября!? За 3 дня до заселения! В момент, когда я бронировала на 04.11-06.11 в номерном фонде на сайте было много свободных номеров. Также Алина начала жаловаться на то, что пришлось заплатить штраф Суточно.ру за отмену 1700-00 руб! А то что за 5600-00 руб. уже не снять отель в центре она как-то не подумала? Что по состоянию на 01.11 перед отъездом уже очень сложно найти что-то в центре за такую стоимость, в связи с чем я и запланировала за месяц данную поездку! 100% они подняли цены на свои номера и выложили перед праздниками, чтобы другие люди забронировали за большую стоимость, а старые «более дешевые» брони они отменяют, им проще заплатить штраф 1700, но на вариться на других клиентах и быть в плюсе. В итоге мне пришлось искать новый отель в том же районе, но уже 10 000+. Если Алина потеряла 1700 на отмене, то я из-за наглости и халатного отношения к клиентам данного отеля потеряла больше 5 000 руб за позднее бронирование другого отеля!!!! Если бы я знала, что так может произойти, то я никогда бы не забронировала данный отель, хотя в 2021г. Я в нем останавливалась! Сказать, что я в шоке, ничего не сказать. Также Алина начала все стрелки начала переводить на сайт Суточно.ру, что они виноваты, что выкидывают больше номеров, чем может предложить отель. Хотелось бы спросить, если вы видите, что данные не соответствуют, то почему не написать на сайт, пожаловаться в службу поддержки и разработчикам сайта?! Вопрос бы не возник, если бы мне сообщили это в течении 2-3 дней после бронирования 6-8 октября, но никак не 1 ноября перед отъездом! Проснулись блин! А вы на что там сидите? Чтобы за номерами следить или спать в одном ботинке? И отменять раннее бронирование?! Причем я уже была в этом отеле в 2021 году с 10.07.2021-12.07.2021г. , тогда была сильная жара и у них не работал кондиционер в номере, одну ночь спали без кондиционера, потом нас пересилили в другой номер.
