If you’re traveling without a car and want to enjoy walking around St. Petersburg, then this hotel is definitely for you. It’ll take you about 10 minutes to walk to St. Isaac's Cathedral. Despite the fact that the hotel doesn’t have breakfast or an in-house cafe, there’re a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries around, so you definitely won’t go hungry. The hotel is also located next to the Griboyedov Canal, on a quiet street, so the noise of cars won’t disturb you in any way to enjoy your sleep. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was bright, clean, but a bit cramped for three people. The room was cleaned every day, but it has both pros and cons. It's nice to come back to a clean and tidy room every evening. But the huge disadvantage of such cleaning is that every time the staff puts things in order, removes our hanging clothes, touches our bathrobes and towels. There are also questions about the bed linen, because it had some yellow stains, in addition, there was someone’s black hair on it, which could be found throughout the room. Of course, the most disappointing thing was the water, which was impossible to adjust; you either wash under boiling water or under very cold water, as if there was no warm. The room also had a balcony, which I wouldn’t recommend using because the cracks on it indicate that it needs to be repaired. There is a possibility of falling from here. I’ll also add that the hotel is located in a historical building, so to get to the reception you will have to use the stairs or the elevator, which looks like something out of a horror movie, but you can use it, I checked it from my own experience.

Location - 5*. Amazing location closed to everything. I stayed in room 401 (premium suit). Was very special and for 2 people it was great. Very big bathroom as well. You can’t really use balcony, it’s more decorative but still was nice. Cleanness was ok. Daily cleaning is not that great but if you want everything perfect - it’s only 5* hotel I guess in Petersburg. What I loved about this hotel is location and very specious room, everything was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast, we’re going out to cafes next to. Would defiantly recommend to stay here. Однозначно могу порекомендовать. Локация и размер комнаты (401) просто супер. Это лучшее в этого! Дом раньше был доходным домом и имеет историю. Уборка не супер, но ок и я в принципе всем довольна. Рекомендую.

Good hotel in a great location. Super comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Very clean but tiny room(May be coz it was a single one). Elevator didn’t work sometimes and the staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly

Отличный отель! Выбирала соотношение - расположение и цена. Выбрала этот отель, отзывы были очень негативные, поехала на свой страх и риск. В итоге ни одного замечания. Все великолепно, да еще и за такие деньги. В номерах тепло, чисто, тихо. Я кстати та еще привереда.

В отеле идёт ремонт, о чем никто естественно не предупреждает. Воняет краской. Воду второй день отключают (говорят авария, но какая разница). Интернет отсутствует, хотя дают пароль от вайфая, но он все равно не работает. Категорически не рекомендую

Хороший отель. Сотрудники любезны. В номере всегда убирали и меняли белье/полотенца. В пешей доступности рестораны, аптеки, магазины, метро, Исаакиеский Собор и тд, буквально 10 мин пешком. Единственное пожелание, было бы супер, если добавили бы в номер халаты). В остальном супер!
