Very good service and clean rooms, all staffs are really nice and polite, we like this place , and I super like the breakfast , next time I will still stay here.

算是此次俄羅斯之行體驗最好的酒店了。
酒店的位置打車也比較好找，酒店旁邊有公交車站，但是時間來不及，就沒有體驗過。
房間大小合適，乾淨衞生，清靜不吵鬧，會提供一次性拖鞋和洗浴產品，但是沒有提供一次性牙刷牙膏。
早餐豐富，早上10點基本坐滿了吃早飯的人，每天早上的食物會有少量的更新和替換。
前天會講英語，但也會額外收取300盧布每人的服務費，退房的時候再給registration。

入住那天剛好是我的生日，收到了酒店送的生日祝福，獨自旅行也感受到了滿滿的温暖，在酒店住了4天，現在已經回國了，趁着這會兒不忙寫個評價，酒店就在市區，離馬林斯基劇院不遠，走路十幾分鍾，當然離冬宮等景點也不遠，當然走路需要花點時間，酒店很乾凈，設施良好，也比較安靜，晚上休息的很好，早餐種類豐富，前台小姐姐是亞洲面孔，十分熱情，最後就是酒店的性價比確實很高，價格相對上海這邊同級別的酒店來説是很低了，總之我非常滿意！

來過5次俄羅斯，是我住過服務態度最好的酒店，比有些大牌酒店還好。酒店雖然不是很中心的地點，不過附近好幾條公交線路可以選擇，距離市中心也不遠。而且還有班車整點接送客人到景點和地鐵站，工作人員和司機師傅人也很好。還有早餐也很豐盛。總之性價比很高，推薦入住。

前台服務人員英文流暢，專業且負責，在對方的講解之後我無需再詢問有關聖彼得堡的任何事，一切都清清楚楚。早餐豐富，位置合理，最後一晚我們買了酒，企圖討要一桶冰，結果服務人員送來了一個巨桶，桶之大，簡直可以泡腳… 總之，完美。

酒店前台服務很專業，英語也好，都很禮貌見面會打招呼。入住每人要交250盧布註冊費。房間挺大的，床也大感覺雙床房一張床有1.2，拍了一張床的照片。早餐也不錯，有多種咖啡還能外帶，橙汁好喝，放了燕麥的酸奶也好吃，東西很多吃不了太多。隔音應該也是好的，入住期間沒有聽到隔壁有什麼聲音。除了離涅瓦大街有點距離，需要打車去，其實位置還行，在附近也有一個走路二三十分鐘可以到的“新荷蘭”，走路逛逛風景也不錯。

很喜歡酒店的裝修，整潔乾淨，堪比五星級，周圍環境也很不錯，離馬林斯基劇院很近，早餐也很豐富，服務員很熱情，英文溝通，也會用中文問好。

超五分強烈推薦！！自由行去過20多個國家，第一次寫評價，比我在莫斯科住的希爾頓都要好的酒店，房間大、早餐豐盛、好吃、種類多，酒店服務態度也很好，我連續了4晚，每天都會來打擾房間，換礦泉水，最重要的是！！除了口罩期間中斷了三年以外，每年的生日我都在國外度過，但是第一次收到酒店偷悄悄準備的生日蛋糕、生日祝福手寫卡片！！太意外驚喜了，非常暖心貼心，應該是check in的時候看到護照上的生日啦！
