Original Sokos Hotel Olympia Garden

L'esperienza non è stata buona, la stanza non è stata pulita, la trapunta era disordinata dopo essere entrata in casa, l'acqua minerale è stata bevuta, ma non è stata buttata via!

Former Sokos hotel . The interior of the rooms is really heartwarming as it reminds me of some mid century design. The Finnish brand is well recognized by using natural wood in the interior. Very friendly staff , wonderful reception , good location. I only stayed for one night so I couldn’t take in all the Hotel had to offer . But its seemed very nice .

The hotel is not bad, the same as the breakfast. Only one thing shocked me because I’ve never been in such situations before. Day of check-out. I was packaging my suitcase in the room, the staff called me from the reception and told me to go out. I told them that I would leave in a couple of minutes. After 10 minutes I went down to the reception desk, the woman from the reception didn’t want to check out me and demanded that I pay 4,000 rubles more for the room. Of course, I was against it and did not want to pay extra for the fact that I stayed at the room a little longer than expected. I had no choice, the woman from the reception desk demanded that I pay 4 thousand rubles for a new day… just because I left the room 10 minutes after the call from the reception…

The hotel is extremely uncomfortable. The staff are rather unkind. My wife and I ordered a double room and the room included two single beds joined together and two separate blankets, we asked to change them but they responded that they don’t have such. All floors smell urine as well as all towels and bedsheets in the room. Their breakfast is absolutely funny as it only includes two types of eggs and some fried ham. They don’t have a coffee machine in the restaurant. We strongly disliked it.

I was greeted with a suspension about COVID test. The woman created so much drama. Basically told me to go get a new COVID test only then could I stay. I felt it was hilarious to be placing such demands. I was like, hey, I am giving you business, you should not be treating your guest like this. Needless to say, I walked away and went to another hotel. Didn't face this kind of stupidity from the staff at the other hotel

Worst Hotel in my lifetime experience travelling Start from the Staff members to The Hotel Manager bad and ugly attitude that's how I and my family felt during our stay They didn't willing to help or explain even basic things Hotel presenting Itself as a 4 star Hotel but once again it's not True The rooms The Building The lifts even Sauna The lights The TV it's represents 20TH century

Good and cosy Hotel. It is very close to metro station, White close to rail station. Good cafes near by. Tasty breakfast, clean room. I recomend This Hotel to visitors oof Saint Petersburg. I hope to come back ln future.

Была 6 дней в декабре 2023 г. Номер Standart. В целом я была разочарована, т.к., изучив отзывы и основываясь на известности сети, ожидала большего. Большего уюта, комфорта и заботы в первую очередь. Но этого я не получила. Увы. Вначале о плюсах. Местоположение удобное. 5 минут до метро Технологический институт. Совсем рядом автобусная остановка. Не могу сказать что в непосредственной близости обилие кафе и ресторанов. Поужинать была трудность. Но в целом район красивый и оживленный. При этом отель в тихом месте. В номере мне понравился тёплый пол в ванной и плотные шторы. Теперь о том, что не понравилось. Кровать. На самом деле это даже не кровать а топчан из нагромождения матрасов, который колышется под тобой и во время сна матрасы расползаются в разные стороны. Я себя чувствовала килькой на многослойном бутерброде. Над кроватью на потолке ровно посредине номера 24 часа мигает красная лампочка. Сказали отключить нельзя- это пожарная сигнализация. Первый раз такое вижу. Лежишь на кровати -она мигает. Завтрак мне не понравился. Да, в зале есть камин. Он горит с утра. И зал в целом красивый. И да, подают шампанское. На завтрак. Но я от завтрака ожидаю в первую очередь наслаждение едой, которого не случилось. 6 дней одни и те же блюда:даже горячее и каши не меняются. Вкусного нет даже хлеба. И вообще нет особого разнообразия хлеба, выпечки. Яйца заранее приготовленные 2 видов. Колбаса 3 вида. Ну голодными не останетесь точно. Но я начиталась отзывов о шикарных завтраках. Была разочарована. Вода в душе еле бежит тоненькой струйкой. Я понимаю видимо это экономия ресурсов. Но намочить голову такой струйкой проблематично и тогда воды я трачу столько же за счёт длительности процедур . Душ в таком виде не доставляет удовольствия. Но совершить гигиенические процедуры конечно можно. В целом осталось ощущение что всем все равно и это какой- то дом временного проживания: заполз, отдохнул, пошёл по своим делам. Так в принципе и есть конечно. Но в отеле да ещё 4* как он позиционируется хотелось бы больше уюта, комфорта и гостеприимства.

Отель очень понравился. Расположен в удобном месте, не далеко от метро. Я проживал в стандартном номере. Номер просторный, удобная кровать, чистое белье и полотенца. В номере холодильник, чайник, сейф. Было очень уютно. Вид из окна не очень, но это и не важно впринципе. Шведский стол - отличный - на 5+. На -1 этаже мини спорткомната, хамам, сауна. На 1 -м этаже спортбар. В отеле есть подземная парковка
