THE DINING AREA in our unit is situated between the living and kitchen areas and seats 6 people comfortably with an awesome booth type of seating. Makes dinner time a breeze and intentional as everyone has a spot to sit!THE LIVING AREA is a nice size with a comfy sectional that has been rumored to cause naps, a swivel rocker chair, a soft ottoman, and a cabinet to place all those books, laptops etc that you want to store away from the kitchen. NEAR THE POOL.. you will find a couple of grills to use if grilling makes you happy! With being on the second floor it is pretty convenient to use them. Plus there is an outdoor covered eating area near the pool if you want to cook and eat while watching the kids swim! ON THE BEACH: This unit is on the second floor with easy access to both stairs and the elevator. The access to the beach is quick: You’ll spend just seconds going back and forth from the condo to the beach vs. 15-20 minutes that it takes in high-rises. This is especially important and convenient for families with children. (Nap time is easy with our condo. We have a pack-n-play as well if needed.) We also only have 42 units in our building so forget feeling over-crowded here. LOCATION!: Located right on gorgeous St. Pete Beach makes life easy! Our condo is a short walk to the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. There are beach bars nearby, upscale restaurants or casual dining, depending on your mood and budget. Grocery stores are close as are some touristy stores on Gulf Blvd. You can travel to John's Pass for a little more of that touristy feeling, go putt-putt golfing, bowling or head more inland to malls and the many shopping areas that St. Pete/ Tampa Bay have to offer! Walt Disney World is a 2 hour drive while Busch Gardens and the Lowery Park Zoo is closer. Playgrounds for kids are just minutes away as is golf for those who enjoy to play. There is also a fishing pier (Merry Pier) located in Pass-a-Grille, not far away, where you can rent fishing equipment and go on boating excursions, You can rent paddle boards or go parasailing from companies located on the beach or on the strip of Gulf Blvd.. You can do as much or as little as you want and still have a great time.
