Coconut Inn Pass-a-Grille Beach

The staff are quick to answer and questions that you may have and super friendly! Location, location, location! You are steps from the beach and Paradise Grille! The room was clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen area. Comfy bed. Soft bath and beach towels. The bathroom is tiny but clean. They have a variety of beach gear to borrow from chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys to beach wagons to tote them there! All FREE to borrow! Baxter, the resident cat, is the cutest and loves any and all attention that you give him! We will definitely return!! We enjoyed our stay in Room #10! We didn't even rent a car. Everything is walkable and if you download the FREEBEE App, you have access to free transportation to St Pete Beach area too! Tip generously!

My wife, myself and our Havapoo (Finley) puppy spent two wonderful night at this cozy, quaint inn. As others have mentioned, the area took a huge hit during the last two hurricanes. The St. Pete Beach community are very proud people and are working extremely hard to bring this beautiful ‘old Florida’ town back to its original glory. Our room at the Coconut Inn was the King Studio (room 7) located on the second floor overlooking the pool. The room was clean and well appointed and included everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was older and small but it worked for us. Maggie and Team were super fast at answering our inquiries and provided paramount service during our visit. We had a terrace with two lounge chairs and a small bistro table and chairs. As advertised, the inn provided brand new beach items (chairs, cart, umbrellas, balls, and fishing gear and bikes). We brought our own but certainly would have appreciated using these items if we didn’t. The beautiful beach was truly only a few steps away. So handy! There was construction going on the first day we were there so we avoided going to the pool that day. The second day was quiet (no construction) so we spend an enjoyable afternoon at the pool. One of the highlights for us staying at the Coconut Inn was meeting and chatting with the other wonderful guests during our short stay. Finley made some good friends and managed to score some treats (bacon) from our neighbours. LOL. Overall we had a great (short) time at this charming inn and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another visit.

We needed a super low key, relaxing vacation and this fit the bill with a load of charm to boot!As per all the reviews and photos, it is truly neat, clean and charmingly decorated. It is small (especially the bathroom) but, my oh my, just what we needed. Quiet, intimate setting perfect for couples and families. Every possible thing you could need was provided free of charge. The atmosphere seemed as if like we were stepping in to a beach movie from the ‘60’s. Friendly conversations with the employees and all the guests that check in and out. Every person we met at the hotel and in town were super friendly and spoke well of each other. Good food steps away. Beach is full of shells which we saw many families enjoy, but bring your water shoes for walking. Don’t miss the sunset experience at Paradise Grill. Their weekend live music and ringing of the bell is not to be missed. If you need a rowdy party, Pass-a-Grille and the Coconut Inn might not be for you, but if you’re looking to unwind in an absolutely beautiful environment, memories await. Absolutely can’t wait to go back❤️
