Nonostante la struttura sia un po’ datata e dismessa siamo stati bene,rimane pur sempre un hotel molto affascinante. Avevamo la camera con accesso diretto alla piscina,esperienza unica! Le camere erano pulite,il personale molto preparato e disponibile,buoni i cocktail del bar in spiaggia e buona la colazione. Non abbiamo potuto provare il ristorante in quanto sold out nelle due sere di permanenza.

Fabulous hotel. Restaurant is excellent but a bit over priced . Fabulous beach but unfortunately you cant swim because of sharks . Dissatisfied when i arrived back with a half bottle of wine and wasn’t allowed drink it on the terrace so had to buy an over priced bottle from the bar

Surely once nice hotel that would need to be redone. The location with direct beach access is very nice and the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming. We had however expected more for the price we paid. When we arrived the drains in the bathroom were clogged. We also ate dinner at the restaurant once and unfortunately they have no experience with allergenes.

Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas.

Only when you have spent a few hours it becomes clear how brilliant the architecture and concept is. A 2-part U-shaped pool of almost 100 m long, sky bridges connecting the buildings, and many swim-up rooms; part of the pool is visible through 'aquarium windows' in the reception area. We had a suite tucked in a corner and hence a bit more silent. Dinner was excellent though they pushed very pricey drinks, breakfast also good but less friendly staff. Reception staff made our day by calling around to arrange a timely PCR test where our driver had failed to find one, and next day printed the results for free. Also laundry service quicker than expected. Tea & coffee making in the room, and a good jacuzzi bath tub and separate toilet. For us by far the best hotel we had in one week in the island. A Vegas-style 'grandeur' not often found in places like this...

Je suis parti aujourd'hui à l'hôtel Saint-Alexis pour faire une réservation pour le mois de février avant cela je demande à la réceptionniste si c'est possible que j'aille prendre un verre avant au bar vu que le bar est autorisé au non résidant à partir de 10h il était 10h20 j'arrive au bar il y a personne je croise une employé qui était en train de mettre la table elle me salue et averti un homme plutôt âgé qui nettoyé un verre qu'il a du monde au bar l'homme commence à souffler d'agacement passe devant moi sans me dire un mot et là je reste debout devant le bar quand même 15 min à attendre et je précise que l'homme passe devant moi environ trois fois sans me calculer après 15 minutes d'attente je préfère partir et pas prendre ma réservation pour le mois de février finalement je suis parti prendre ma réservation est un verre à Ness hôtel qui là-bas l'accueil était agréable.

Bei Bezug meines Zimmers funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich dies beanstandet und es wurde in 7 Stunden nichts unternommen. Die Rezeption weigert sich behaarlich mit den Gästen englisch zu sprechen. Es kam auch keine Entschuldigung, dass man sich nicht um das Problem gekümmert hat. Dann kam ein Techniker, der die Klimaanlage nicht in Gang brachte. Dann sollte noch ein 2ter Techniker kommen, worauf hin ich ein neues Zimmer verlangte. Dann sollte ich mein Zimmer innerhalb von 5 Minuten räumen, was eine Frechheit ist. Zum Hotel an sich muss man sagen.. Wer auf dreckige Böden, abgewohnte, auseinanderfallende Möbel, durchgelegene Matratzen, nur heisses Wasser in der Dusche, einen dreckigen, eiskalten Pool, nur Weissbrot beim Frühstück und einen nicht kühlenden unbeleuchteten Kühlschrank steht, ist hier genau richtig. Dies sind meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel. Das Hotel verdient in keinem Fall 4 Sterne. Ich würde es eher im 2-3 Sterne Bereich ansiedeln. Der Zimmerpreis ist überteuert und nicht gerechtfertigt. Und vor allem das Personal an der Rezeption ist überheblich und ohne ein Lächeln bei der Arbeit. Ich würde jedem abraten, hier ein Zimmer zu buchen. Es ist sein Geld nicht wert.

Magnifique hôtel les pieds dans l’eau : aussi bien au niveau de la plage que de la chambre avec accès direct à la piscine. L’hôtel a eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser dans une suite avec accès piscine. On en a bien profité même si l’eau était un peu fraîche. L’hôtel est sur la plage et on pouvait voir les baleines au loin en prenant notre petit déjeuner. On a testé le bar et le restaurant : les cocktails sont excellents et bien présentés, le menu est exquis. L’architecture de l’hôtel vaut le détour : c’est très réussi et dépaysant.
