Come here during the Herne Bay Festival and Carnival to make a great weekend of it, then travel back to the hotel for some lovely food at our Table Table restaurant and a great night's sleep.

Was given a room that was already occupied! Quite embarrassing to say the least. Control for climate didn’t work and had to be regulated at reception! TV kept losing signal. I requested a room near the entrance/exit on ground floor due to a mobility issue and was given the room furthest down the corridor (the last one)! Manager needs training in how to deal with unhappy customers.

Fantastic stay as always. Great service and met with a smile. Clean hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Tiffany, Sophie, Kim and the rest of the team were brilliant! New restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food was lovely. Thank you!!

Greeted with a smile as I entered the hotel. Tiffany checked me engaging in conversation and making me feel very welcome. Room was excellent, facilities excellent and location excellent for all links to Herne Bay and main roads into the area.

Really great stay, the service was amazing with really friendly staff!! Sophie and Sam were both extremely helpful, will definitely stay again. When checking in Jess was informative and gave me all the information I needed, definitely worth the stay.

The new restaurant called the social is very well maintained and clean. All staff are so friendly and welcoming, the menu has a good range although a little plain but still tasty! Rooms are impressive and very clean. The beds are one of the comfiest I’ve slept in. Will be returning in the summer months

Wonderful hotel! Had a pleasant interaction with everyone I spoke to and made my stay a pleasant one. The room was so clean, food and drinks were great, especially breakfast being cooked to order. So thank you Herne bay, will definitely be back!

One of the best premier inn hotels I have stayed in. Check in was super quick and efficient, rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff at premier inn are very friendly and go above and beyond for each guest. The hotel is near a supermarket and a short walk/drive into town. Would definitely stay again!

Chose this hotel as it was convenient for a family event, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. We had a few light snacks on arrival in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning - plenty of choice and service was great. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Shower gel is provided and a hairdryer. Good nights sleep and great value for money.

Pleasant stay as usual. Clean, comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a fab start to the day delicious! Rooms are always to a high standard and I wish I had their bed at home. Slept like a dream. Would highly recommend this site and will definitely be staying here again. Already looking at booking in August.
