Cozy home with lots of space for family and friends. Hosts are very responsive. Would stay here again if in the area.

We loved the cabins. The views from the front deck were beautiful. The cabin were quite cute inside. The bed seemed a little bit small but we managed just fine.

It appears we accidently booked a cabin with only one bed. Then we got lost and were late.
But... The woman who greeted us at the marina, come general store, was fabulous. She rearranged our booking so that we could have two beds, helped us find eveything we needed, and treated us as though we were important (as opposed to technically challenged.
The cabin was well appointed and cozy.

ferry arrived 1 1/2 hours late - so it was late check in for us.
note was on the door, key was in the cabin,

Reserved a one bedroom cabin by the water. Upon arrival was informed we did not have a cabin and were to stay in a camper trailer. Was informed this was a ********** issue. We informed them and showed them our reservation for a cabin and were told none were available. After refusing to stay in the trailer as a cabin was booked they provided us with an apartment attached to the owners house away from the water. Disappointed we did not get what was reserved after driving hours to visit the area

The cabin was ok, quite small; & very isolated from everything. No restaurant in Raleigh.

Cabins were very clean, water front, community BBQ area provided with utensils. Community fire pit on edge of water with chairs and wood provided. Store within 1 min walking from cabins. Owner very friendly
