Stay here on a business trip. Decent hotel but there was dirty brown water in the shower. Complained at the front desk was told rudely that some pipes had burst and I should deal with the issue. No apologies, no compassion rather rude 'go do what you want behavior'. Never coming back.

The shower water was luke warm and the internet was non existent. Very odd for a newer modern facility. If I had been on a work trip, I would have checked out for a place with decent internet service.

A lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was great. You can park in the garage for free when the lot is full.

AC Hotel is an amazing choice in Minneapolis. Very clean, modern, with excellent technology that is located outside the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. 5stars

Didn’t get the room I reserved, reserved a king room and got two full sized beds.
Went to the rooftop bar and the staff were incredibly rude. This place went straight into the key card pile of never stay again.
As someone who gets a hotel 1-2 times a month in the cities, this was really disappointing. Front desk staff were great, bar keepers ruined it

Back at the ACM for a work trip, after being away for 2 years due to the pandemic. It used to be excellent, but I was sad to see it's slipped. On a positive, the rooms and facility were clean and beds are very comfortable, and room was quiet. However, management has clearly tried to cut costs since the last time I was there by cutting service and quality in areas that made them standout vs other chains and options in the area. 1) The breakfast used to be great - served from a menu by friendly servers, and great quality (avocado toast, a nice latté etc) . Now, it's still $15 but downgraded to motel-like self-serve buffet - cereal in plastic cups, packaged cereal bars etc and the espresso machine is gone !!! 2) I found after day 3 that there is no servicing of the rooms unless you ask for it - and even then, one day it didn't happen after I had requested it. 3) Front desk service unsmiling/indifferent. I hope that management will be able to re-consider these elements and again spend on quality, because it's what makes the AC brand different from other hotels.

Avoid room 410 if you want WIFI. Apparently it works everywhere else in the hotel. Very frustrating to have to change rooms after getting unpacked. This is a must for a business traveler. You’ll want to check your connection before you get settled in like I did.
