This was a great choice for us as a family. The staff is very nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The extra snacks and drinks in the evening were a surprise bonus. My only complaint is the “hot tub” isn’t really a hot tub. More like a small warm bath with no working jets. It didn’t really affect our stay before we didn’t use It much. Everything else was very nice.

Average hotel with dated facility. Not comfortable feeling in the immediate area but very close to the convention center. Guest service staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate. Very easy to get to without getting into the heavier traffic around the arch area. It was a short walk to Busch Stadium. The parking was easily accessible and secure. However the hotel is located in the financial district so there aren’t any hotels or bars adjacent to or near the hotel.

Easy to find, park, check in and out. Breakfast decent and kids liked the pool. Staff friendly. Quick walk to ball park. We will stay again.

If I had to give a negative it would be the rug in the room had huge stain marks, the pool water was terrible cloudy bath water (didn’t go in) and the parking lot exit should be identifiable to get to, it’s not marked well.

So i had a room that had only one small window that faced the hallway. It should have been a housekeeping closet or a place for the ice machine, not a room you charge over 150 dollars to stay in. Very unhappy.
Free drinks during happy hour if you like bud light or basic bottom of the barrel wine. I dont. But the gesture is nice.
Breakfast is served where the pool and hot tub are located, eating or drinking with the smell of chlorine in the air isnt too awesome.
Only saving grace was the staff was all nice and helpful whenever asked anything.

The property was within walking distance of the sports facility that we were attending, as well as the Gateway Arch. It was quite old, but clean, and generally in very good condition. The breakfast was simple, but more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is excellent, very friendly
The common area in the center wasn’t very clean (same debris on carpet for days) but the rooms were very clean.
Odd -many rooms don’t look outside but open to the pool and breakfast area
Area was safe to walk during the day
Easy 1/2 mile walk to arch

It was wonderfull, I was there for 4 days and I can't complaint. The people is wonderfull and the Hotel is just what I was expecting. Location is just perfect to walk to various locations such as Gateway Arch or Bush Stadium.
