21C Museum Hotel St Louis

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

Location is not good..

The artwork throughout the hotel is beautiful and thought provoking. The rooms are comfortable and clean and look just like the on-line photos. The staff was efficient and couteous.

This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, staff are very kind and hardworking. We had a great weekend enjoying art. Drinks at the bar were exquisite, The bartenders were very quality and we enjoyed the best cocktails. Pool area is very clean and relax, rooms are elegant and comfortable.

The art is amazing and why I stayed. The room was clean, modern and very accommodating in some ways. The television didn’t work much of the time. When I called the front desk, they weren’t helpful and the connection was bad. That’s when I noticed a curtain was missing. The window looked directly across to someone’s apartment kitchen. Had I been staying more than one night I would’ve complained. Btw, it’s room 809 - by the elevator…

Had a fantastic stay, walking distance to City Museum. Huge full-floor gallery and nice pool were great, too. Only complaint was how expensive the valet parking gets, especially with tips for in and out.

The fitness center and pool attached to the hotel made my stay perfect. The hotel rests was great too.
