A beautiful swimming pool in the shape of a swimming lane, bordered by a terrace welcoming your barbecues and sunbathing. This green setting is a real treat for both the eyes and the spirit while remaining close to all amenities. In the garden, you can easily enjoy swimming and playing in our heated salt-treated pool, as well as a well-deserved idleness on the deckchairs after a bike ride to Annecy or a walk on the Chemin des Roseliers at edge of the lake. Many departures are possible from the house or by car if you want to reach the Bauges or Aravis mountains. You can also take advantage of the Saint Jorioz sailing base located 400m from the house and which offers many rentals (paddle, catamaran, windsurfing ...) or sailing courses.
