Amazing stay. Very attentive staff. Amazing food. The property is beautiful with a beautiful view of the lake. Upon arrival we are greeted with staffs prepared with our keys and welcome drinks. At check out they even prepared a small package of water and snacks for the road. 10/10 highly recommended.

A comfortable lakeside oasis with friendly staff. The gourmet restaurant is a destination in itself, but hotel is also a great point of departure for hiking and beach life. The spa offers a serene atmosphere, and the bar terrace is the place to be for cocktails at sunset. Highly recommended for a romantic get-away. We stayed in a Charme room with balcony and partial lake view. The only minor irritant was that breakfast was not included in the room price, and egg dishes came with additional price tags. Surely unnecessary for a hotel at this level.

Horribly overpriced at ＞€800 / night for a back room, soulless, very poor service. The room was ordinary in every respect. Given the Relais & Chateau brand and the room-rate, my expectations were high. Thoroughly disappointed, other than in the food, which was excellent.

Incredible property. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and delicious food. Staying directly on the lake was so special. I want to go back!

Incredibly elegant auberge with superb service. The phenomenal food at Jean Sulpice and Restaurant 1903 ties together the entire experience. The location directly on Lake Annecy made for a relaxing yet dramatic setting. Room was modern and very well appointed. I believe it is a French custom to have the toilet in a small separate room from the bathroom without a wash basin.. Since I was staying by myself it wasn't an issue but could be a slight hassle if staying with another person.

We recently stayed for three nights to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was in our view literally faultless. Our suite was the perfect combination of stylish and comfortable, with a view over the lake to die for. Every member of staff we interacted with was supremely professional, helpful but also genuinely friendly and welcoming. Needless to say the meal we had in the gastronomic restaurant was some of the most perfect food we have eaten anywhere. Faultless!

just a chunk of paradise: place, service, comfort, and food at the top of our memorable destinations. Tip: Lac d'Annecy is over-crowded at the high seasons, and the consequent inability to move (or find a parking place) to many surrounding places worth a visit or trail may significantly spoil your stay: do priviledge times of lower touristic invasion, as we did.

Excellent overall, nice quiet hotel on the lake. Room 23 overlook is wonderful and the service was complete without being intrusive. My wife was able to make a last minute spa appt to allow us to leave mid morning gif Florence. Excellent half way stop Paris to Milan or Florence.
