Motel Blanche d'Haberville

Really excellent for the price. The rooms are basic but clean, the front desk staff are very welcoming and bilingual. Real wine glasses and ceramic coffee mugs are such a nice touch! Stayed twice on the way to and from and will definitely stay again. Beautiful park and waterfront for an evening stroll.

This building was recently renovated, clean and bright. Bed was extremely comfortable….... it might be helpful to have a hotel map as there are 2 buildings with assigned parking. A little off the highway which makes it quiet. Next to a park for walking…

I found this motel online and booked at their website. My husband, myself and our small dog were travelling from New Brunswick to Kingston, Ontario and wanted to split up the drive. Upon arriving I was informed there would be a $28 charge for the dog. There was no mention of this when I booked the motel so I let the clerk know that I did not agree with this charge. She advised me that this was for any extra cleaning. As this was not on the website or mentioned when booking I said that I did not want to pay this extra charge. I said that the website only says pets welcome and this is misleading. She did take the time to look at the website and agreed it did not show that there would be any charge for the dog. The clerk said she would not charge me this time but any future stays would require the fee be paid and that she would advise the owner to update the website. I was pleased that she rectified the situation. I had booked a small room with a queen bed. The room was mostly clean though there was a drip of coffee on the mini fridge (attention to detail) and the bathroom sink wasn't properly cleaned. There were only two pillows on the bed where most motels have four but it didn't impact our sleep. The only other issue was a bit of noise from somewhere above us (walking noises.) Overall I would recommend this motel as the price was great and we enjoyed our stay.

convenient to everything. Clean room of decent size, although there is an abundance of furniture which made it a bit crowded. Very comfortable, firm bed. There was no chain lock for the door. Has a nice connected terrasse.

Chambre très propre. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Lit et literie correctes. Près de tout à distance de marche (resto, quai, épicerie, saq,…). Parfait pour un passage d’une ou deux nuits si votre but est de visiter les alentours. On y retournera.
