Perfect location on the shore! Fire pits and free breakfast were amazing! The staff were helpful and accommodating!

Old and outdated,smelly. Definitely needs some work. The staff was nice enough though which helps. Very pricey. I would not stay here again.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, especially the beds, adequate towels, and it was so nice to be right on the waterfront. The breakfast offered with your room was pretty good! Not just bagels and crap instant coffee---there was Good coffee, juice, hot items, and the usual breads and cereals and some fresh fruit too.

awesome Hotel , a little bit of a issue for check inn, But the desk clerk Brittney ,handle every thing and got it all straighten out, She put us in a awesome room on the 2nd floor with water view, the room was nice and clean ,beds comfy, everything was great , breakfast , was more then we expected, it was fresh and spot on, the grounds where well kept, the staff was awesome . beautiful scenery from our balcony , would stay there again , Brittney was so great at her job 100% ...

We were given a room on the ground level. This required us to haul our bags down a long starcase by hand. Took both of us to manage each of three bags. We are just too old for this arrangement. Room proper was clean and decently appointed. Older style air conditioner unit mounted high on the outside wall that cooled unevenly and was really noisy. Breakfast pretty standard. For the price during tourist season, not acceptable.

Lovely location right on the lake. So nice to have breakfast overlooking the water. Outside seating and a large connect 4 game for the kids was so much fun. Clean and spacious rooms. A variety of options for breakfast including strawberry waffles - yum!

Pros: great lake view, nice room, comfortable beds, free breakfast, tickets to Mackinac sold at desk and free shuttle to the ferry. Glenford was so helpful and brought our bags up and down the stairs. Cons: room key didn’t work, no elevator. Breakfast offered was plentiful but there were bugs on the wall above the breakfast bar and dead bugs in the bins with the jelly. The breakfast staff did not seem to notice or care. Hotel definitely needs some updating and tlc.

This hotel met our needs for our 4-day trip, and being on the lakefront is a definite perk. The rooms are a bit run down and the breakfast is not great, but the pool area was spacious and well kept, and we generally enjoyed our stay. We'd consider this hotel in the future.
