I would like to give my opinion in 0 point to 10 points. Situation: 8/10 Is pretty closed to convention center and tramways rail so it's easy to reach to the center of Bordeaux. Room & Amenities: 6/10 just a bit disappointed with the room of Pullman Bordeaux Lac (feels deference of design than other Pullman hotels we have stayed). Room more like Novotel styles instead of Pullman Styles. Furniture & decoration don't feel like you are in Pullman. Bathroom & shower is not usual like Pullman style. Also our room (420) we heard noise from elevator so bad. Breakfast & Bar & Restaurant: 7/10 (same area). Breakfast: cleanliness a bit unusual (food station a bit untidy i.e. spoon for scrambled eggs is very dirty with eggs, empty water bottle stay in water station for a while etc.). We were there in a rush time (8.30 A.M. but is not an excuse for cleanliness anyway). Lunch: service is pretty good and food is tasty. Service & Staffs: 10/10 since check in, at the Bar & restaurant, check out & called Taxi service are excellence. We appreciated for your service. Overall: 7/10 Pullman Bordeaux Lac maybe better to stay here if you're come for business but for leisure maybe better to stay in Bordeaux downtown.

We have stayed here before, around three years ago, and it was a tired hotel then, so even more so now does it need modernising. The good bits first: the bed was comfortable and the receptionist supplied me with two extra pillows upon request. The not so good bits: the room needs a complete overhaul. The fabric is old and grim. The floor needed a good clean. The bathroom fittings are rusted from age and, my goodness, the toilet would benefit from a gallon of bleach being thrown down it and left for a week. Gross, I think is the word. (Room 102). In these days of Covid-19 precautions, people in France are required to wear masks in hotels, restaurants etc and there were notices advising the regulation. However, the receptionist was not wearing one when we booked in. He was wearing one the following morning, but under his chin! Again, because of Covid-19 we expected the breakfast trays to be made up for as we chose our items. No, the items were still displayed on plates and baskets, for everyone to breathe over them and touch them as they made their selection. Bear in mind that many guests did not have masks on and were not prompted to wear them. Well, when the receptionist doesn't wear one, or wears it improperly, what can he say? Sadly our last stay here at a Premiere Classe (and we are fans of the chain), which is in a superb area for visiting the beautiful Bordeaux.

Arrivato in mezzo al pomeriggio, le camere sono state detto che non sarebbero state pronte fino alle 3:00, nonostante la richiesta di check-in precoce (che è un vantaggio quando prenota via Hyatt), quindi abbiamo scoperto che trascorreremo un po' di tempo in bagno e piscina. Il personale ci ha guidati verso le camere da notte, ma per qualche motivo non ha fornito i bagni e i pantaloni. Doveva tornare al divano per chiedere a qualcuno. Le camere da notte non avevano asciugacapelli, quindi doveva andare di nuovo alla reception con i capelli bagnati e chiedere a uno. La camera era spaziosa e aveva un bagno separato e un bagno separato, le pareti del bagno erano di forma - non si sa come questo potrebbe essere consentito in un hotel di lusso. Stavo per festeggiare il compleanno - in un tale hotel abbiamo fornito un generoso (ovviamente non) regalo di benvenuto di una posta (wow!) e alcuni cioccolatini (malati!) non confezionati, per i quali nessuno del desk front, Non che io mi aspettassi davvero nulla, ma dato che siamo nel cuore della zona viticola, si pensa che una bottiglia di vino sarebbe un bel toccamento, ma no. Abbiamo avuto un colazione (insieme all'accordo di prenotazione via Hyatt) sulla terrazza. La selezione era di buona qualità, ma piuttosto limitata. Parcheggio gratuito.
