Drive-under parking provides shade and protection for your vehicles. ~ The primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. A full size dresser and 53" tv are provided. A second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, full size dresser and tv while the bunk room provides a fun and functional space with a twin-over-full bunk. A full size dresser and 43" tv are in the bunk room for enjoying. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a comfortable new queen bed, chest and 43" tv. All bedrooms have a closet and extra blankets. ~ Outside, your vacation oasis awaits. After a day at the beach, Rinse off the salt and sand in the convenient outdoor shower and sink. Relax in the sparkling pool, complete with a sun deck, built-in bench, and a mesmerizing multicolor changing light for evening swims. Relax and recharge in this vintage St. George Island beach cottage! Beach Baby offers you one of a kind, simply amazing gulf views, a private pool, which can be heated with advance notice during the cooler months, multiple sun decks and even a screened porch like no other that spans the entire front of the home, with lots of seating for the entire family. Featuring an open concept living, dining and kitchen, not only does it provide the space for the whole family to spend time together, it also has plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out! Evenings on the back deck overlooking the view of the Bay can put a peaceful end to the day. Truly an old Florida beach cottage, you'll find it is the perfect spot! Getting your toes in the sand could not be easier - beach access is across the street and is marked on either side of the 900 block. Simply cross Gulf Beach Drive and take the left traveling down the bike path and straight down 10th street to the boardwalk! *Covid-19 Disclosure - we have reduced extra bedding to 1 blanket per bedroom in addition to the new sheets and white quilt sets (not pictured) which are laundered before each guest. Cleaning staff uses approved disinfectants on all high touch areas between guests which are recommended by the CDC and local and state agencies provided by the DBPR. There may be occasions of a later arrival time due to lengthy cleaning procedures on high season back to back bookings. You may also find upon check in that cleaning staff has left dishes drying in dishwashers or beach towels in our dryer. Please give us a call if you have any questions upon arrival so that we can assist! *You will receive an automated email 3 to 5 days prior to arrival from the VRBO APP that provides the check-in code, pool code (if applicable) and your check in and out times as well as any pertinent information regarding your stay with us. Upon arrival you should see starter kits of toilet paper, soaps for vanity and tub/shower, garbage can liners for each bathroom, a starter kit consisting of 1 to 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen sponges, several 13 gallon kitchen garbage can liners, a jar of Finish automatic dishwasher tabs, 1 to 2 small bottles of liquid dish soap Palmolive or similar brand, and 3 to 4 dish towels. Complete linen service to consist of one set of sheets for each bed, 1 quilt on the bed and 1 extra blanket in each closet. We also have provided you with complimentary pool/beach towels for your stay. Please be kind and wash/dry for the next guest arriving! We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance coverage on ANY booking made for protection against unplanned life events or acts of nature which result in the need to cancel. This property is not available for groups, gatherings or parties without express permission from the property owner/property manager. *This property is located In the East Gulf Beaches Section and is on the North side of Gulf Beach Drive. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF POTENTIAL HAZARDS Due to a variety of factors, including weather and water conditions, these Recreational Amenities may not be available, functional or safely usable at the time of your stay. Swimming Pool or Hot Tub Renter and Occupants acknowledge that swimming and/or diving is an inherently dangerous recreational activity with risks of BODILY INJURY (including, but not limited to chemical irritation, impact injuries from diving or jumping into the pool, electrocution, entrapment, and drowning) and DEATH. Use of Shoreline or Dock Renter and Occupants acknowledge that access to and use of the shoreline area or dock can be dangerous, and that swimming and other water recreation is an inherently dangerous recreational activity with risk of BODILY INJURY AND DEATH (including but not limited to drowning and hypothermia). Access to the shoreline area and use of the dock may be hazardous due to water temperature or conditions and the possible presence of natural and artificial hazards and obstacles. Renter and Occupants agree to assume all the risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of or access to the shoreline or dock and swimming or other use of the water. Renter and Occupants agree to take all necessary preventative measures to avoid risks of injury and death, including the use of personal flotation devices as needed. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO LIFEGUARD IS PRESENT AND THAT THESE CONDITIONS COULD POSE A SPECIAL RISK TO CHILDREN. Children under the age of 18 should be supervised by an adult at all times when near the shoreline, on the dock, or in the water. 3. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. VITAMIN SEA! Plantation! This beach access home is a short walk to the beach. First floor has an open concept. The living room has cozy seating, making for a great conversation space. There are two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a covered deck. Upstairs there's a loft area with sleeper sofa, built in bunk beds and a separate bedroom for children. Upstairs is the Master Suite deck. There is a private pool and propane grill, as well as a screened outdoor space with a hammock. SGI voted #1 beach in 2023! Weekly rentals are allowed to start on any day of the week based on availability. . Entire house, pool and grill I am a remote host available between 9 am and 8 pm every day. The Plantation is a gated community on the west end of the island and is known for amazing sunsets. Please note the Plantation requires a separate mandatory rental agreement be signed by all guests in order to gain guard shack entrance and resort amenities. You will receive a separate email to electronically sign the agreement via DocuSign. You will need a car. Golf carts are not allowed in the Plantation. No boats, RVs or trailers allowed. Parking for 3 cars and perhaps more if you park nose to tail. We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi) before your booking can begin.. We have pest control monthly, but being Florida cannot guarantee that you won’t encounter palmetto bugs or other creatures such as lizards inside.. If you notify us of a problem doing your stay we will do everything to fix it promptly. You explicitly agree to give us access to correct any issues. The house has 2 Ring cameras, one facing the back door and one facing the front door. Both are to protect the security of both the host and guests. The front door does not record any portion of the pool, so the guest is solely responsible for pool safety. Neither camera may be covered or disabled by the guest. If you are traveling during hurricane season, travel insurance is highly recommended..

Come relax at “Bay to Beach” located in the gated Plantation community on St. George Island, FL! Our home is the ideal haven for a private, serene get-away, where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the Apalachicola Bay from the deck, stroll to the pristine beaches of St. George Island, or get cozy by the private, screened pool.Our lovely property offers two walkways, one to the Apalachicola Bay for fishing and one to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Our home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths for a maximum occupancy of 13 guests, NO EXCEPTIONS. The main living area is located on the third floor and includes a dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, two living areas with flat screens, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The second floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. There are also two additional king bed suites, as well as a kids’ room with 5 brand new twin XL bunk beds. Baydreamin’ is located on the East side of the island, not far from the center of the island where all of the businesses and restaurants are located. Beautifully furnished for easy living and comfort, the home features two King master suites on the first floor which open onto a lovely open deck overlooking the Apalachicola Bay! The top floor boasts a breathtaking, unobstructed bay view with spacious open living and dining areas, kitchen with bar, half bath and large screened porch perfect for relaxation! The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. We're only 2 blocks from the beach, just a short 3 minute walk! Three brand new smart tv's with Netflix capability and wi-fi! Baydreamin’ sits on two lots and gives you plenty of privacy. Take your favorite book and grab some time in the hammock or enjoy coffee on the decks and watch the bald eagles, egrets and cranes play in the back yard. It's a perfect place to practice yoga or just escape from the hustle and bustle. There is even an observation deck on the rooftop for star gazing or watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. All bedrooms boast private bathrooms and access to the spacious and relaxing porches. Exclusive community amenities including pickle ball courts, tennis courts, beach boardwalks, nature trails, bicycle and walking paths, community pools, fitness center, clubhouse access and meeting space! Just a short walk along a well-maintained path and you are basking in the gorgeous white, sandy private beaches of the Plantation. Build sandcastles and memories for a lifetime at this beachside oasis. The exterior offers covered concrete parking for two cars under the home with a protected, internal entrance. An exterior staircase allows additional access to the private pool from all levels of the home. The ground level boasts a private sparkling swimming pool, and a covered furnished patio with a fan and a table/chair set, refrigerator, plus four Adirondack chairs. An enclosed outdoor shower is the perfect way to end your beach day, and a fish cleaning station is available for your coastal catch. Fill your coolers with ice for the beach from the convenient large ice maker found just inside the screened entry. A park-style grill is provided for cookouts. The first floor offers two king suites with en-suite bathrooms, one room with two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom, and a large laundry room. Upstairs, living room, kitchen, and dining areas are open concept. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals. Be sure to make use of the screened porch furnished with rocking chairs. This is the perfect location to enjoy the natural beauty of Florida among the pine and palm trees while bald eagles and pelicans pass you by. A half bathroom and suite also feature on the second floor. Beach gear credit is offered with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and more. This home offers streaming only. Golf carts are not permitted inside St. George Island Plantation Community 25 years of age or older to book. 10am check out, 4pm check in. No smoking. The second floor offers an open-concept living area with direct access to the covered deck that boasts a dining table and relaxing Adirondack chairs.
