Greenhills Hotel

Booked room for a week via buyagift, had email confirming booking. Travelled hours today to get there only to be rudely greeted and basically thrown out of the hotel. Told him we had a booking and he did not care he said they were closed for the season, we told him we had paid and got told "that is not my problem". Got my son in law to ring the hotel and explain the situation and the lady on the phone said that she informed the company 6 weeks ago they would be closing tomorrow, they said they haven't received any bookings through buyagift, and that we had to deal with them. Complete and utter waste of time, a stressful start to holiday and now having to pay more money for accommodation, whilst this gets sorted, Strongly do not recommend this hotel the owners/staff need to go on a people skills course and learn some manners!!! Even other local hotels couldn't understand why they were closing and appalled by the situation, your loss their gain.

Had a lovely one night stay at this hotel when visiting for a family birthday. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We had a lovely room with a bakcony overlooking the pool which included tea/coffee facilities. The bed was sooo comfy! In summary, would definitely return.

We stayed with our daughter (11) in a triple room which was comfortable and overlooked the pool. The hotel wasn't too full so we largely had the place to ourselves. The pool area was a bonus for our daughter to have a splash around. There was some outdoor seating and the bar area has a pool table. We didn't have a meal but saw a snack price list that was very reasonably priced. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The location itself is excellent as Tenby is roughly a ten minute drive and we also visited sandersfoot. On the way to the beach we spotted various activity centres. Parking was great at £3.00 a day and the beaches and town easily have enough to fill a few days. Lots of food options, we didn't visit the tap room in Tenby but it looked amazing. The hotel beds were comfy and had some nice touches, welcome fudge, biscuits and drinks facilities. The shower was good and had nice hot water. The breakfast was excellent. A few options for self service and freshly cooked full English. This was booked the day before with a choice of 3 morning time slots. Overall a comfortable stay and would definitely return.

Lovely friendly family who live there, but until a few things are sorted I would not go back. Pool needed tidying up around it, also rather green on inside edges of pool. Only had shower items put in our room on our first day. Even when I put the sign on handle to clean our room nothing was left. I don't enjoy having to ask for things when they should already be there. Reception area not enviting, lounge area poor when we went back a few times for drinks6 before bed, this was before 10 o clock the bar was closed. It could be lovely if some money was spent on it and that lovely sized pool and surrounds are done.

What a awful place we went there for 2 nights for family holiday I took my bike with me because Tenby is know from lovely routes after arranging in hotel owners was straight away rude saying you not going to this hotel with this bike pal because this place is not bike friendly so I ask for refund because on website was no information you can't bring your bike with you but they refuse to give us money back lady owner told us that they don't want oil stains on the carpet I would understand if this place was a bit clean but I never stayed in such a place like this bath was so dirty we couldn't want to take shower room stink and was mould on walls definitely not recommended this place money wasted
