The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence 200 meters from a marina and 800 meters from the beach. Covering an area of 52 m2, it has two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with convertible sofa. The 20 m2 terrace is on the first and last floor, facing south, with views of Albères and Canigou, sheltered from prevailing winds (very important in the region to take full advantage of it). Reversible air conditioning, shutters, electric blinds, wi-fi ... ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available inside the residence. Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holidays to discover the region. For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash ...) is about 500 meters from the residence. There is also a very beautiful golf course in St-Cyp and several equestrian centers.

Vacances à Saint Cyprien
Sophie nous a très bien accueilli. L’appartement est bien situé : proche de la plage et au calme. Mr Jeannel a été attentif à notre bon séjour.

nous avons séjourner 1 semaine dans ce lieu tout d'abord nous voulons remercier de l'acceuil que nous avons eut.Nous avons étè trés bien acceuilli,dés notre arrivée nous nous sommes senti trés alaise.Nous avons trouvé un appartement trés trés propre avec une literie impeccable vraiment rien à dire puis ensuite nous avons eu à faire au propriétaire une personne trés gentille et trés agréable.un lieu trés calme est trés bien je recommande vivementnous nous y retournerons car nous avons adoré ce lieu je recommande vivement.Encore un très grand merci pour votre acceuille et votre gentillesse.Giséle et Christian

Magnifique sejour !!
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour en famille à la découverte des Pyrénées Orientales. L'appartement est parfaitement située, avec un confort exceptionnel, tout y est Avec une belle terrasse bien exposée, nous avons profité du soleil en février ! Je recommande vivement. Je recommande vivement.

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Très bien situé, très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires et Sophie, qui s'occupent du logement pendant leur absence, étaient très disponible Nous avons tous passé un agréable séjour.
