Turned up after a long Journey, checked in to our rooms and when we got to our rooms there was a slight mix up with the beds, went back down to reception. Spoke to Receptionist (think her name was Vicky). She apologised. She mentioned that she was new but she took control. We said we’ll grab a drink. By the time we got back to the room everything was sorted. Companies will make mistakes. But for me the bigger thing is how they deal with it. She’s a credit to premiere Inn

Smooth check in, warm, comfortable rooms, relaxing environment, quiet and friendly service: everything expected of a Premier Inn. Good location for business too with a couple of pubs to choose from nearby. Overall a good stay and will book again for sure.

I booked in on Saturday evening 22 Mar. I noticed that the double duvet cover had a streak of blood on it .. I removed the duvet cover to reveal a number of circular brown stains on the duvet... I reported it to reception on that evening.. and she replaced both the duvet and cover... However, having a blood stain on the cover... Could cause some serious health issues .. I reported this when I checked out on the Monday am .. it didn't get the response I was after... No real apology for the blood and told the stains are probably tea... When they certainly looked like urine.. Even if the stains were tea... Housekeeping knowingly put a cover on a severely stained duvet... How is this acceptable... Housekeeping have let your establishment down.. Attention to detail, cleanliness and health of the customer... The lack of apology and urgency from the morning staff was poor...

Booked for 22nd feb, early check in at 11:00. Arrived to be told, ‘oh, I’ve been expecting you for 2 days’! Obviously didn’t know what date we had booked for?? Then was told ‘room might not be ready as you didn’t turn up yesterday’!!! I’m not in the habit of turning up the day day before for a booking, or is that my error? Didn’t feel very welcome, but was out in another room, that had only 1 bath towel, and 2 teabags, 2 sachets of coffee. This is a very poor Premier Inn, unlike any of the others we have stayed in.

We had a good one night stay at this Premier Inn whilst in Cornwall for an athletics event.. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. Rooms are what you would expect - clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Would stay again without hesitation.
