I would not stay here again, there are better motels than this in the area. Front desk staff were not friendly an didn’t seem concerned at all about what is going on. Illicit drug use, random people in the hallways asking for change, broken doors.

The only reason we got this specific hotel was the pool which was sadly closed the whole 5 days we stayed which should be updated on the website along with the pet fee which was 10 each on the website but in person it was 15 per pet. Management was incredibly rude and false advertised breakfast. There was none. Every time we would come down we were questioned about our room and there was also a bunch of homelesses around. It is not safe to have your kids running around outside nor be outside alone. We were there 5 days and no one cleaned our room or changed the beddings and only two towels for five days. Need new management. Also vending machine didn’t work was a scam on credit card said it was 1 $ reality was 4 something. Labels are marked wrong. Air conditioner rattled and banged in room 238 and the cards we kept having to get replaced because they would stop working. Room was under the name Julie Wollenburg we want our money back or we are going to report to corporate.

I got on here and read the reviews and I think in all fairness Kelly is getting the short end of the stick. She does not tolerate people being rude or disrespecting this property. This property has come a long ways from the first day I stayed here 8 years ago. I walked in and immediately it smelled nice. Got to my room and yes the air didn't work. I called Kelly and she had maintenance here in 15 minutes. Room was clean towels shampoo conditioner and body wash all full. This hotel is a lot of bang for your buck. I say give it a shot again you won't be disappointed

My TV only worked on 3 stations. No audio on others. My shower drain was blocked. They left the bathroom fan on 24/7. It smells musty. The outside door did not lock. AT ALL.

The room was dirty, there was no ice machine, said breakfast was included it was not! The fridge wasn’t even plugged in, no coffee machine in the room or in lobby.

Sheets were stained (ink, miscellaneous, etc) bathtub had hair in it, couch pull-out mattress springs were broken, most light fixtures didn’t turn on, nearly no electrical outlets. Over priced hotel for the very poor quality.

I got what I paid for - not much more than a room with an ok bed. Air conditioner ran constantly - no way to control it. Curtain did not close fully; I had to use some clips to hold it closed. No breakfast available.

Cheap hotel that is bad shape. Toilet seat loose, tv not working, ice machine not working. Doors to outside, some jammed and others left open. Asked staff to fix television and no one ever did come up to look at it. Overall just a really run down facility and no one will make any effort to help. Cheap bed and a shower. That’s it.

Pool closed indefinitely. Rooms were disgustingly gross. Burn holes in blankets. No breakfast just some bad coffee. Ice machines not working. Area was sketchy. Unknown things happening in the parking lot. No security, no staff just the guy working at the front desk. Seems nice should not be left unattended. Was supposed to get a one night refund and nothing we stayed may 9 and 10th but left may 9th and went to a different hotel.
