Hotel in zona Frenchtown Heritage Museum, Saint Charles

I'll start with the positives of the stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice, and apologetic when I mentioned something. They did the best they could. It seemed like the front lobby was busy all of the time, and they were very attentive to the guests needs. I was however, a bit disappointed in this stay. I booked the stay for a quick weekend getaway with a friend. I had asked for the top floor, and a quiet room. The hotel was booked solid it seemed so we couldn't have a room the top floor. I booked on the 19th and our stay was for the 24th through the 26. The room we were given was an accessible room on the first floor facing the interstate. I didn't ask for an accessible room, so maybe we were placed there as a last resort. There was absolutely no quiet. The room next to, or across from, us had their television on all night long at what seemed to be full volume on our first night there. Around 4am, they finally turned the tv off. The noise from people in the hallway, the people walking by our window, the neighboring rooms tv and the interstate, made for a very not quiet stay. Maybe it is quieter on the other side of the hotel, but we had zero sleep the 24th. Cleanliness: When we arrived, there was hair on the sheets, and the bathroom floor was so sticky that I asked the front desk staff for towels so I could clean the bathroom floor. I am certain it was just too much cleaner, so I wet the towels in just water and wiped the floor clean of stickiness. Additionally the carpet coming into the room looked extremely dirty, and there was very clearly something on the carpet in between the beds. The carpet seemed so bad, that we tossed towels on the floor to walk on instead of walking on the carpet. The top of the refrigerator needed attention also, there was sugar or crumbs in the grooves on the top of the door. The breakfast area was not kept clean during the breakfast, the hot water for tea was cold, and the breakfast was very lack luster. My friend did say the waffles were delicious and I just had the frosted flakes and a banana. I did mention all of these things when I checked out, and the staff at the front desk was again very apologetic. I don't usually write reviews that are this critical. I think that with just a little more oversight, and cleaning or replacing the carpet, things would be improved quickly. The hotel was in a location that allowed easy, quick access to the historic main street shops and trail. We had a great time at the new Main Street Honkytonk, a good salad and sandwich at the Bike Stop, and we did use the 10% off coupon at Texas Roadhouse. Overall it was a good trip, but the hotel stay could have been better.

Quando ho prenotato l'hotel per la visita del mio migliore amico, mi è stato detto che avevano una navetta standard per 15 dollari a pagamento. Questo è stato un elemento chiave per un soggiorno soddisfacente, lontano dall'aeroporto di St Louis, vicino a me, e fornisce ancora un modo ragionevole per saltare fuori dalla città e tornare al lavoro dopo la sua mucca per godere della splendida mostra di vetro Chihuly che mostra nei Giardini Botanici Mo. Non c'è bisogno di dire, anche se la sala da fitness, la piscina e il jacuzzi sono grandi, questo è un accordo interruttori dal momento che l'Uber è da $60 a $70. L'hotel era grande e pulito e bellissimo. Ero presto per la mia stanza e mi sono stancato di viaggiare e mi hanno portato in camera molto velocemente. Grazie per il desk front. La custodia ha fatto un bel lavoro a 518. Non c'era niente di sbagliato e sono squisita. D’altra parte, fumo e sono andato fuori a sedermi nel mio veicolo, fumo tardi di notte, e sono stato molestato e attaccato verbalmente da un gentiluomo che afferma di essere un poliziotto, molto odioso, brutto e disrespecto. Ero parcheggiato all'interno del posto, e mi sono avvicinato con domande brutte e toni insulti come me e mio marito erano criminali. E perché mi sono alzato per me stesso e mi sono rifiutato di tornare indietro e di rispondere a domande private su dove stavo andando e su quale stanza, a qualcuno che non aveva un biglietto, cercava di farmi sparare se la mia stanza fosse in mezzo alla notte. Il poliziotto in servizio aiuta a risolvere la situazione e sono andato in camera mia, ma è stato un momento molto cattivo, perché non potevamo dormire e avevamo una conversazione nel nostro veicolo all'interno del parcheggio portato per la piazza corona.. vergogna l'uomo per essere brutto e grazie all'agente che ha fatto bene. Forse dovrei far uscire quel ragazzo da quella linea di lavoro. Ma mi fermerò di nuovo le mani giù perché l'hotel era grande.. e il personale era sorprendente.. grazie a corona Plaza

What a great place. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful both in the evening and morning. Location of hotel is easy to get to and easy to get back on i70. Also plenty of food options nearby, if your not interested in that they did have in house options. Parking is plentiful, just drive around back if front is full. We didn’t hang around hotel, but there were several gathering places that were well laid out. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great stay.
