We visited the Rashleigh Arms for 2 nights. We were very satisfied with our room and with the amazing breakfasts. All the staff were lovely with a special mention for Joe at breakfast. Also Charlie who kindly changed our room immediately when a couple of things were not quite right. We felt that customer satisfaction was important. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of parking (grade 2 listed car park so cobbled and very bumpy!). The Rashleigh Arms is a popular restaurant in its own right but it is also within very easy walking distance of other wonderful eateries in Charlestown.

Stayed in one of the harbour view rooms in separate building which was lovely and clean with a super view and was very comfortable.Bathroom a bit tired in decor with a few cracked tiles, but good shower if a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of days. However, the pub itself is pretty grubby inside and pretty tired. A few pleasant bar staff, but some looked quite bored and helping customers was a bit of an effort and chore, considering it’s a tourist area, think the staff could do with some training in how to do hospitality well! Bar area where Breakfast was served just looked a bit grubby and tired with food being very average, coffee very bland, we didn’t bother the 2nd morning and went elsewhere on the way home. So would stay in the separate hotel building again but wouldn’t bother with breakfast or the actual pub.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Rashleigh. The room was spotless (commendations to the lovely housekeeping staff), beautifully presented and superior quality. There were lots of nice touches. Good value for money. Minor quibbles were the slightly tired decoration and the deterioration of a well used but stylish en suite. The breakfast sausages need urgent attention! They spoiled an otherwise lovely food experience (dinner and breakfast).

We had a nice experience at the hotel , we found Andy and Ellie very helpful friendly and efficient, Andy even took our bags to the car on leaving as I had unfortunately damaged my knee, and Ellie was naturally very friendly and pleasantly nice , both a credit to the Hotel, as I’m sure the other staff are as well, but we always seemed to liaise with Andy and Ellie, just by chance.

We found the Rashleigh Arms after a very stressful search on a late Friday afternoon, having discovered the Air BNB we had booked in Newquay was unhinhabitable. WHat a bit of luck! From the moment we spoke to there booking office to the moment we left, everything was brilliant. Excellent well furbished rooms, great staff, good food, fabulous breakfast and just to top it off a brillaint live singer on the Saturday night. I'd never heard of the place, but now I can't wait to go back. Thank you to everyone at the Rashleigh Arms for turnong what was nearly miserable weeked, into a fabulous one!

There was a warm welcome and the position was excellent for access to the Harbour , beach and bars / restaurants We stayed in the Crows Nest which was a large room and occupied a corner location The Breakfasts were good and the staff very attentive

This was a return visit to Rashleigh Arms after a four year gap. We were given the same room again , No10 T'Gallants in the annex. The room is huge with a comfortable bed and sofa . Dressing gowns, pillow spray, mineral water and even sleep eye masks are all provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits are topped up daily with extra available by asking the bar staff. Breakfast is a luxurious affair with so much to choose from including vegetarian options. There is not a huge choice for vegetarians for evening meals but I can recommend the Simplicity burger which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is clean though out with great service. I would be more than happy to stay again in the future.

Room was great,food was lovely ,staff were wonderful ,very friendly and helpful.. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the heating in the bar and the rooms should have been turned on earlier as it was cold. The stay was great value for money and we will definitely return

Nice noisy friendly vibrant pub with grub. Gets busy, need to book a table for food during high season. Nice tasty selection of food. As expected local ales/beers/spirits. Large outdoor seating, undercover too. Access is over old cobbles and granite pathways. Old historic venue, well worth a visit
