Walk two blocks to watch the sunrise each day over the Conch House Marina or unwind on their waterfront deck with a happy hour cocktail! Many of Anastasia Island's best restaurants are within a 5 minute walk! Excellent location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The Bridge of Lions is less than a mile from the condo! Be downtown in under 15 minutes and no need to worry about finding parking! Walk or bike to Anastasia Island State Park (just over 1 mile away) and enjoy the pristine beach or various hiking trails. A short 8-10 minute drive and you are at the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine. Plenty of free public parking at the beach!
