MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS. There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit. We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay. Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.
