The living room has comfortable seating with a smart Roku flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi for streaming. We do not have cable. There is also a smart Roku TV in the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located upstairs, with a half bath on the first floor. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. Walk out the patio door to a beautifully landscaped patio that is fenced in for privacy. The patio features patio furniture for your comfort and dining outside. Private parking is provided. Enjoy sunny days on the white sandy beach, long walks at sunset or whatever beach lifestyle you have been waiting for. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January. Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles.
