Walk to everything! Beach side 2nd floor unit with lofted ceilings provides ample comfort for 2 couples or 1 family. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry in unit & wrap around porch. This beach home is spacious and luminous. Sunlight streams in through four sets of sliding glass doors. The decor is also bright and beachy, featuring two stone chimney fireplaces (not wood burning). Only 8 lots from the beach and has a large kitchen and dining room. Furnishings are brand new Dec. 2018 and super comfy!!!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Contact me if you have additional pets!.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No excessively loud yelling or loud music between 9am-5pm M-F.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

The place was clean and reasonably comfortable. It’s a block from the beach, and the beach itself is lovely.However, I find it bizarre that this is listed as having an ocean view. My family and I made every effort to see the ocean from every possible vantage point, to no avail. The owner has since told me that the ocean view is possible from the outside porch and the master bedroom. All we saw was the adjacent commercial parking lot.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot
Very clean and beautiful spot. We had everything we needed to cook instead of eating out every meal. If stairs are hard for you, you might not want to stay but otherwise perfect place! Great location as the beach is a 5 minute walk away or just a 10 minute drive to the pier. Lots of places to eat all around!

Beach weekend and concert
Perfect location with so much within walking distance. Easy bike ride to The Amp for farmers’ market and concert. Comfortable and bright for our family of three and two dogs.

Spring Break
My husband and I brought my daughter and her boyfriend down for Spring Break. The property was as listed. The owner contacted me beforehand to discuss a leak that had just occurred in the master bath that was being fixed. I also spoke to her on the day the plumber came. The location of the property was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, excellent location
Home was perfect for our vacation! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and easy to access. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach access a block away and the host provided several beach chairs which is great!

This location is close to beach. And, right next to our favorite restaurant, Cafe 11. And, other restaurants.

Clean and Comfortable
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The master bath shower needs some attention (shower head was loose and the step is broken) and it would have been nice if there were some board or card games available. We would stay there again.
