Campanile Fougeres

The reception of the hotel was closed at 8pm which forced us to book another room in a city 100km further away. The whole reason people book these kind of hotels is just to stay-over, not to check in early. Unbelievable and made us realise to always go for trustable hotels like Ibis and well known names.

This was stay number 3 of 8 on our tour of France and London. I'm going to try to be as positive as possible, but this place just didn't cut it. The cleanliness was Quatro able in our room. Our kids were in a room on the same floor but the opposite side of the motel, even though we booked the rooms together. The hairdryer that I had to ask the front desk for almost burned my hair. They ran out of food at breakfast and still charged us for the scraps we had. Hitel is understaffed, and the staff that was there were stressed. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll go elsewhere.

Had a one night stop 30th June on the way to the Dordoyne one of the older style hotel but the room was very nice super comfortable bed great shower but the thing impressed us most was the staff super efficient and friendly, we did eat there and had a nice bavette beautifully cooked to my taste all in all a good nights stay.

We have stayed at other Campaniles and chose this one as they are a standard formula. it is easy to find with ample free car parking. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We read some reviews that said the road was too noisy and affected their sleep - we didn't have the same experience and enjoyed a good nights sleep.

It was a nice hotel and very quiet.

Très déçu : un jour entre le montant de la porte et la porte en sachant que celle-ci donne sur l extérieure un robinet automatique qui coule goutte à goutte un chauffage électrique avec un radiateur des années 60 pour une enseigne qui affiche son engagement écologique cela me fait bien rire

Hôtel de chaîne à la hauteur des autres campanile… ici, accueil glacial de la part d’un employé qui refuse d’écouter les clients ! Je suis en possession de ma réservation payée, je lui montre la confirmation de campanile et le gars refuse de me donner la clefs de la chambre car je ne suis pas en possession du bon Wonderbox… je lui explique que je n’ai plus de bon puisque tout a déjà été réglé et que j’ai même payé un supplément et le mec me répond je ne vous écoute pas ! Sans gêne aucune… au final une femme arrive pour lui dire que c’est réglé on lui explique que le comportement n’est pas très sympa ni adéquat envers des clients et cette femme dit à son collègue laisse tomber comme si on était des emmerdeur qui étions dans nos tords alors que j’ai payé ma réservation et que j’ai toute les preuves…. Niveau confort c’est pareille… si la propreté est nickel, la salle de bain se retrouve vite pleine de condensation et inondée du fait que ce soit un bloc wc douche sans bac. Bref je n’y retournerait pas et je ne dormirais plus jamais dans un campanile !!

1er séjour dans cet hôtel via une box. Accueil correct avec une bonne amplitude horaire. La chambre est spacieuse. L'environnement est sympathique et il y a un restaurant sur le site. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner car il TRES copieux pour un établissement de ce niveau. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix !
