The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort, New Chandigarh

My recent stay at oberoi was an experience to remember for life. The hospitality was top notch. They gave such attentive service which was amazing throughout the stay. Every member of the team went extra miles for my comfort ,making me feel genuinely valued. Highly appreciated Nikhil’s from the front desk who ensured all our needs are met and looked after us. Sumedha from housekeeping did a fantastic job and was very warm. Since we were travelling with an infant, they took utmost care and use to send new toys and takeaways to the room everyday for little one. Even the kids club was really good. My kid enjoyed bird feeding and swimming a lot. And food was exceptional! It was the best Indian cuisine I have had. Chef arindam and chef Saurabh are magicians. Chef prasheek and chef munish were so helpful and ensured all our dietary needs are met well. Samiran, neeraj and himanshu are the best restaurant team and took amazing care of our needs. Overall oberoi sukhvilas delivered experience that was beyond our expectations. We being luxury travelers, would definitely rate this one of the top stays we have had so far. Surely coming back for this one. In absolute awe of it ❤️

Outstanding hospitality, beautiful ambience, and kanaan their forest restaurant has a beautiful new curated menu and special shoutout to prabhjit for amazing food recommendations and outstanding hospitality… all oberoi properties are a must visit and we keep coming back for more !

We came to jasman with our family , it was great service, all staff was so good well trained , Prabhjit managed so well with smiley face . Rajesh angel , anuj was great……….❤️❤️❤️so we love to come back again with family to see this property . Well done team.

I have stayed at all the Oberoi Villas properties over several years and this was the finest in terms of service and cuisine. The property is,exquisite, as are all their properties, but the hotel works seemlessly in a way not,all their,properties do. The bathrooms are especially comfortable with the heated toilet seat, spaciousness and superb towels. The bedrooms are furnished in a most attractive way and are extremely spacious. I just loved the entire staff, all of whom were extremely professional. Caring and most friendly. Congratulations for running such a superb PROPERTY.

We went as a couple for this one night super worst conditions general manager of this resort is very rude all the staff members in not good in terms of services I would never recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your time and money here such a worst people worst conditions super worst morning breakfast tasteless

Magnanimous property and amazing & outstanding staff with smiling faces all the time that made your day brighter. I booked royal tent for my parents for their anniversary. A sweet girl Sandhya greeted them to a warm welcome and comforting lunch in the room. Then Sanchit made them feel special and arranged a mesmerizing dinner. And special thanks to Ravinder, a very honest and jovial person. He beautifully decorated the room and attended them. My mother forgot her diamond ring in her room, but Ravinder was kind enough to call and return her the ring. Oberoi Sukhvilas stands a class apart with its super exceptional hospitality. They have spoiled us with such high level of service that it would be hard to feel satisfied on any other property except Oberois.
