We had a great time at Harris Barelang Resort. They have a lot of food selection for breakfast. Maybe a little improvement in the pastry section the muffins are too dense. Other than that, we had fun staying there.

In our CNY vacation, our family got relax and fun together. The staffs are very friendly and always respectfully treated to the customers. Well done Harris.

Good resort suitable for families. Far from town but peaceful and serene location by the bridge.

It's a good place to relax. Hope the management can do some maintenance work for the resort. Quite number of places need to retouch up.

Check-in - Very fast and staff were very welcoming Rock Salt Beach Club - We love the drinks! Since some of the items in the menu doesn’t specify the ingredients, we always disturb the staff and asked them. But they were very patient in telling us the ingredients. 10 stars for the wonderful service! And their prawn soup was phenomenal! Harris Cafe - Breakfast buffet was okay. But I think Harris Batam Center was better. - Dinner menu looks good. But when we received the dishes, it was disappointing. Chicken & Fish were not cooked properly. It was still raw. However, Staff were very apologetic and their customer service recovery was topnotch! Jetski and Banana Boat - Our experience was super FUN-tastic! We loved it! Our guide was so professional and prioritized safety above everything else. He also took a lot of videos and pictures of us during the activity. Rooms - There’s some issues with our toilet flush. Bedside lights were also not working. Hopefully they can replace them. It would be better also if they provide bottled waters instead of a jug. It feels more safe in that sense. Check-out - They said that there’s no 12 noon shuttle back to Batam Center. But they accommodated us. So we were very happy! Final Verdict - Everything is outstanding except Harris Cafe that really needs to improve! :) Service is exceptional in all departments! Will definitely come back again.

I would like to give thanks and a BIG thumbs up to all the staff I met at Harris Resort Barelang Batam. My 4-year-old daughter really enjoyed her stay and loved chatting with the buggy driver, the staff working at RockSalt, and the bellboy who helped us with our bulky luggage. We stayed for 3 nights and ended up extending for another night because my daughter didn’t want to go home. I was surprised by the staff who popped up at our door with a birthday cake for my 40th birthday. I prefer this location over the Nongsa area. The stunning view facing Barelang Bridge was beautifully amazing. The staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely be back for more.

I have always patronise Harris Resort in Waterfront and decided to visit their latest one in Barelang. It was nostalgic, clean, lots of activities and food. Staff will buggy you wherever you want. If anything, the location was far from town (if you prefer to go out), staff might struggle to understand english, so there was a lot of confusion down at rock salt beach club when the live bbq session starts. But overall, super nice stay to relax without the noise of the city.

A bit far from the city but nice resort with lots of pools and nice beach. Breakfast is not great but practical. Not sure if I would come back.

A good place to stay with family. The view from the seaview room is really good and the staff are all very friendly!

I have spent my short 3days & 2nights holidays at Harris Resort hotel in Batam. As a solo traveler & first timer going to the other country. It’s very important to have a reliable and friendly staff. Very satisfying to find a place where I felt comfortable.  Thanks for the staff of Harris Resort 😇😉 From the reception (Mr.Daffa), the housekeeping who makes the room clean & comfortable, the ATV marshal “Man”, the captain of Water Jet ski “Ray”. You all did a great job. Thank you for accompanying & keeping me safe with my short holidays 🫶

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a pleasant vacation. During our stay, I was deeply impressed by the polite and friendly service provided by all the staff, which added greatly to our positive experience. However, I noticed that in the non-air-conditioned restaurant -Harris Cafe , the staff were required to wear long-sleeved and long-pant uniforms. During breakfast time, nearly every staff was visibly sweating from being so busy, which was truly heart-wrenching to see, the current uniform design is not particularly appealing. I sincerely suggest that the hotel management consider redesigning the staff uniforms using lighter and more breathable materials, allowing them to feel more comfortable and at ease while serving guests in a better environment. Furthermore, I recommend adding more fans in the Harris café area, especially during peak hours when the space becomes quite crowded and noticeably warm. Improving ventilation would not only enhance the dining experience for guests but also contribute to the well-being and efficiency of the staff. Thank you for the excellent service you provided during our stay. I hope the hotel will continue to thrive and refine these details in the future.

Beautiful place. Amazing scenery. Only downside is the location is far from city and you can't get any deliveries. Recommended to bring all your own food and other necessities with you.

Good: Staff are very2 friendly and attentive to guests needs. Location is nice and rooms are clean and maintained. No bottled water which is good, instead they gave a jug of water, I think this is better and sustainable. Bad: Breakfast is good but not great and the place for breakfast is very2 hot. There’s fan but not enough. Breakfast area have a lot of fly, management should do something about it for hygiene purposes. Reception is exceptionally hot 🥵 there’s no fan at all. Place of family friendly but should have more facilities for kids as most of the guests have kids. For example: balloon crafting and body tattoo during breakfast time like other hotels they do that. 🙂 Overall: Overall stay is 9/10 it was a great place

The resort was service good. Somemore hv shuttle bus to town and ferry port. It was awesome. hv Free drink each when already done check-in. Yes.. Also hv Free ride to nearby BARELANG Seafood. 😍😍😍😍 I like much. The last is the staff ask me ( Sir hv u confirm all thing belong Us already bring before Checkout? ). And i say YES. And i say... I forget bring CINTA out of the room. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Because the view of room comfortable in room make Me and my wife already CINTA at HARRIS RESORT BARELANG BATAM. ❤️❤️
