They say first impressions are everything and how true; the welcome at the front gate by Yusuf on security was uniquely pleasant and set the bar high! We found all the staff amazingly pleasant and willing to help. Our customer relations person Rabia was so pleasant and helpful that we are thinking of adopting her! The dining room personnel were also in this mode and always willing to go the extra mile. Omer and the chefs were always willing and enthusiastic to please. The spa facilities are amazing, clean and manned by personnel of the same calibre. My masseur Hüseyin, is one of the best I have ever had. Great experience.! Facilities for us are secondary as it’s people that make a place memorable so it was a bonus that apart from the amazing staff, our bedroom was beautifully appointed and comfortable and the selection and quality of the food service cannot be overlooked. A very pleasant and memorable break. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Wyndham staff.

Wonderfull Hotel for stay , Luxury room , Spa area and Pool Wonderfull , They have good and delicious Sushi at Restaurant.

Disappointed guest Our stay at Wyndham Afyonkarahisar was a disappointment. When we first arrived to the hotel we liked the lobby area and the greeting staffs attitude, they were nice and were eager to help out. The rooms are newly renovated so its nice but how ever our toilet was terrible, there were stains and a big brown spot at the outside of the toilet. After we have called the lobby so they could fix it the cleaning ladies came up and cleaned some of it 🙄 i cant understand how they after complains like this didnt fix it good?! The spa section of the hotel is okey but need maintence it looks old and because of that doesnt feel so fresh. One of the main reasons for why choosed this hotel was the two water slides and we called and asked about them before we did the reservation but on arrival they told us that they were doing some maintenance and that they were being closed, so my 9 year old son was very disappointed about this. The food is by far the biggest issue, I dont know if its because of the budget they are giving the head chef or if the team in the kitchen is bad, but how ever is Wyndham is supposed to have an all inclusive conecpt this is crazy bad amd veeeeerrrrryyyyyy low quality. The staff members are all nice and try their best but they are understaffed specially in the restaurant. At dinner time there is one guy in the bar and you can see that its because they want to raise the waiting time so people wont drink a lot 😂 . I DONT USE ALCOHOL but its disturbing to have to wait s

A very well deserved 5 star! Absolutely fabulous hotel. Visited from London as a family of 8, and all the way from the minute of booking it all the way through to stay and departure received a very personalised service. Delicious food, superb rooms, thermal spa pools amazing! Himmet at reception was great! Super helpful! Thank you so much to all staff! Just book it, you won’t regret it!!!

Tatilimiz iki gündü, ilk gün haşlanma derecesinde ( ) sıcak olan kadınlar havuzunun teknik arıza sebebiyle gün boyu yapılamaması sonucu havuzlar arasında ısı değişmişmi diye bakmakla geçti. Ara tatil olduğu için kaydırak var diye tercih ettiğimiz otelin oğlumuz hiç bir kaydırağından bir kez bile kayamamıştır. Büyük kaydırağın olduğu yerdeki su buz gibiydi.Herkes şikayet ediyordu. Bizimlede spa bölümünde Hüma hanım ilgilenip arızanın diğer gün çözüleceğini ve günü kurtarmak adına aile havuzunu kullanabileceğimizi söyledi. Ama ordada çocuğumuz hiç bir şey yapamadı. Sistem oturmamış. Açık havuz sonrası oturup çay içebileceğiniz snack bölümü buz gibi havuzda ısınıp snack bölümünde donuyorsunuz.rezervasyonumu acentadan yaptırmadığıma çok pişman oldum zira günümüzün boşa gittiğini arızanın bizim sorunumuz olmadığını söyleyip paramızı vermelerini ve kalmak istemediğimizi söyledik tabiki müşteri memnuniyet odaklı olmadıkları için reddettiler yarın arıza giderilecek dendi. Diğer günde havuzlar buz gibiydi herkes belirttiği halde ısınmadı. Uğraşmamak adına sesimi çıkarmadım zaten sonuç alamıyorsunuz. Yerdeki ıslaklık nedeniyle bir kadın düşüp kolunu incitti alçıya aldılar kadın daha bu otelde başıma ne gelebilir diye ağlıyordu . Resepsiyon hoşgeldin dahi demiyor. Güleryüzlü değiller. Acentedan alsaydım paramla rezil olmazdım.şu an müşteriyi akşam içki servisi ile Diğer otellerde olmayan bir sistem ile çekiyorsunuz ama insanlar termal şifa için geliyor.2.
