Le camere sono state molto pulite non appena entrate, le camere sono disponibili su richiesta, così ho potuto cucinare durante il mio soggiorno e mi sono sentito a casa! Il servizio clienti fornito da Roxette & Richard è stato bello. Sono arrivato presto e sono riuscito a avere una stanza disponibile per me nonostante il controllo in non essere fino a 3.

Non sono l'unico a pensare che questo posto sia un dumping. La prima stanza aveva i capelli freschi nel doccia e nessun asciugamani. La seconda stanza non aveva TV o telefono, il letto era rotto con metallo incollato. La testa della doccia era dotata di un panno di plastica rotto e un certo tipo di bug che uscivano dalla parete. Hanno 3 piatti morbidi a basso costo invece di investire in circa $10 @ Target o da qualche parte. Non c'era mai nessuna gestione disponibile e hanno detto che non mi devo un rimborso perché non ho contattato la manutenzione. Mi stai prendendo in giro? Che cosa faranno? Rimodellalo in un giorno. Questo dump ha bisogno di un completo riesame. Capisco che COVID-19 possa avere un impatto sulle questioni di personale, ma questo posto è sorprendentemente sgombrato.

L'esperienza è buona. La colazione è ricco. Il primo piano è dotato di lavanderia. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta. L'hotel ha anche un piccolo supermercato per comprare acqua e altre cose.La stanza è piccola, ma è abbastanza. Ho un autobus dotato, ma ho aspettato, ho preso l'aereo direttamente, e sono arrivato a cinque minuti di viaggio. Quando vado, prenota un buon tempo per prendere l'autobus dell'hotel. Desidero che tutti gli amici fuori siano confortevoli e costosi!

So, we choose this hotel due to it's proximity to Discovery Park for the Aftershock Festival (a four day music festival). While more expensive than the other options, the Marriot name carried with it an expectation of cleanliness and safety. Initially, the staff was helpful and courteous when the lock on our door was finicky. Not a big deal. We noted rust spot in the tub, but we were more excited the event we came for. The dirty windows didn't concern us yet. Found it weird and inconvenient that the only microwave was in the lobby. Then, on the fourth night of our five night stay, the roaches showed themselves. I was brushing my teeth when I the first one. Alarmed, I caught in under a glass in the bathroom and took a picture to bring to management. Its friend escaped into the hallway. Skin crawling but exhausted, we alerted the front desk in the morning. We were moved from a ground floor room to the fourth floor, and she planned to leave a noted for the manager- that was the limit of what she could do without his approval, she said. Oh, and offer us a breakfast. From the kitchen...in a place with roaches. Where there is one, there are many. No. Now paying much closer attention, we noticed more signs of neglect. The upstairs room's tub was also rusted. The rail on the little balcony lurched if you leaned against it at all. The walls needed a scrubbing. We learned a lot more about cockroaches. Apparently, they love to hitch a ride and lay eggs in all your cloth items like clothes and bags. Check out comes and we speak to the aforementioned manager who was left a note. He proceeds to tell us that the roaches are because it's been so dry. That all the hotels are dealing with them, so he couldn't do anything for us. Dude. We live in Reno, in the same drought. Roaches are a problem when someplace is dirty and neglected. Due to the Marriot name and the event, this stay cost nearly $3,000. For sleeping with roaches. Best he could do was that breakfast (again, no.) and ~5000 Marriott points~ which translates into about $35 off. For having to leave my bags in a plastic bag in my garage for two weeks to suffocate any hitchhikers and their offspring, for the horrible sleep, for realizing those things crawled all over the cup I used for coffee. Aftershock is yearly. We won't be back to this hotel next year.

Mio marito e io sono rimasto di recente per vedere KISS al Festival Aftershock del Discovery Park. Ci siamo molto lieti. L'hotel è pulito, moderno e luminoso. L'hotel è vicino alla Freeway ma non abbiamo notato alcun rumore. Il pranzo complimentare era buono, qualcosa per tutti, frutta fresca, tosta, bacche, cereali, uova, patate, salsa, fare la vostra stazione di waffle, succo e caffè. Ci sentivamo molto al sicuro, perché è vicino a un'area industriale e abbiamo notato alcuni individui senza abitazione in prossimità. La proprietà è chiusa e portata. Devi scansionare la chiave della camera alla porta anteriore per entrare all'hotel a notte. Hanno anche una guardia di sicurezza da 6pm-6am. C'era una bella piscina, ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usarla. L'unico svantaggio era che non ci fosse cibo/restauranti vicino e si pagano per parcheggio, $8.50/night, ma non è male. Offrono snacks e bevande per l'acquisto nel lobby e ci sono sempre UberEats. Un altro hotel è in costruzione vicino alla porta, quindi forse in futuro saranno costruiti alcuni posti di mangiare. Ci rimarremo certamente. Farrah e Lorena, al di fuori del divano, erano fantastici, molto accoglienti, amichevoli e rispondevano a tutte le nostre domande riguardanti l'ordine di un Uber, parcheggio e colazione.
