EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY! Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't even get a simple receipt from the desk clerk. The gym was closed unexpectedly a couple days. This property is practically brand new and still has a ton of issues. I asked to speak to the manger several times to express my concerns and kept getting the run around by the front desk staff. I asked for the manager's name, phone number, business card, or any form of contact and was refused any information. They simply said the manger was not there at the time and to try again later. Another time I came to the front desk to check if a manger was there, they gave me the same answer and as I was walking away, were even laughing amongst themselves at me and my request. They seemed to have no care about my quality of stay. I came to the lobby a third time to check for the manager and finally was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the "supervisor" who was also at the front desk the previous two times I asked! Why would they not let me speak to her during those times? I felt discriminated and the Hyatt corporation should be aware of the staff's incompetencies. Additionally, the heating/ac unit in our room was extremely loud. We notified the staff and they came to look at it but were not able to fix or move us to a new room. Again, this property just opened up and is already feeling like its 50 years old! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
