We have central A/C and heat, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, Roku TV in living room and master bedroom and WiFi. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Has a balcony and a screened in porch to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset. Also outside we have a fire pit and a BBQ pit. The Lanan boat launch is 4.5 miles away Only 7 miles to Toledo Town & Tackle and restaurants, grocery store, hardware store etc. Only 7 miles from Toledo bend family adventure park. Games for adults and kids. Full kitchen with pots, pans, Utensils, Microwave, coffee pot and an indoor smores maker.
