L'hotel è ben situato. Vicino a una stazione di autobus. L'hotel è nuovo e moderno, tuttavia abbiamo visto molte cose da riparare. Il parcheggio è costoso con 24 euro al giorno. L'odore nella nostra stanza era terribile all'arrivo. Finché non ho notato che nel doccia il pulitore ha rimosso l'uscita dell'acqua, in modo che il malo odore possa entrare. Solo uno dei ristoranti era aperto e non c'era molto di selezione. Non mi consiglierei il ristorante. Waiter ha detto a mia figlia che la spaghetti dal menu dei bambini è troppo piccola e lo farà più grande, poi ha pagato 28 euro invece di 18. La spaghetti era anche Al dente. La maggior parte dei camerieri sono inamici e non ci facciamo sentire benvenuti. In generale: non prenoteremo più questo hotel. Il mio amico ha avuto una stanza disabile, anche se ha prenotato la categoria più alta. Sembra che non avessero nessuna altra stanza, ma non gli avrebbero detto durante l’ispezione. Quando gliel’ha chiesto, dopo due giorni, hanno offerto un’altra stanza. Ci lamentavamo che non ci piacesse la stanza, ma molti dicono che la piacesse. Ehi, manager dell'hotel, quando qualcuno paga cosi' tanto per un hotel che non è disabile non piace una cortina di doccia invece di belle pareti di vetro, non ha bisogno di gabinetti con concetto di spazio aperto, ha bisogno di gabinetti normali con porte, Potrebbe voler sedersi sul divano, ma non c'era divano. Calore? Non per scopi. Solo quando ci siamo lamentati, hanno girato il riscaldatore dopo 1 giorno. Invece hanno fornito riscaldatore mobile. Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti che avevano la stessa questione. 5* hotel? La temperatura della piscina era troppo bassa. Il rumore là fuori è inaccettabile a causa del design che è semplice dipinto pareti di cemento. Spa sono solo 3 stelle. Niente che ti lasci stare lì per molto tempo. La colazione è stata molto buona. Per lasciare l'hotel, tutti usano il percorso attraverso la stanza sci ...terribile. Il layout non è ben pianificato.

Visitare il Spa “nescens” all’Hotel Alpengold è stata una bella e rilassante esperienza. Ho avuto due biglietti per un giorno e mezzo Spa (4 ore di ingresso) e un massaggio di 60 minuti. Il mio amico ha prenotato un giorno e mezzo per un’ingresso Spa per CHF 70 e un massaggio di 30 minuti per CHF 120. Dopo un caldo benvenuto al receptionist, ognuno di noi ha un bagno e scarpe da impiego singolo. Dopo aver cambiato i nostri vestiti di nuoto e aver messo i bagni e i pantaloni, siamo stati portati nella zona della bellezza dove siamo stati accolti da due massaggiatori uno per noi. Dopo aver riempito la forma ”medica”, siamo stati portati ciascuno da un massaggiatore alla sala di massaggio. La musica soft era giocata, e il massaggio era rilassante e tranquillo. Dopo il trattamento siamo andati nella zona della piscina, che è una piccola piscina interna e una bagno piccolo all'aperto, con pulsanti di massaggio, che è riscaldato a 34°C. Ci sono sedie da soggiorno vicino alla piscina interna, un Samovar per il tè caldo, nonché acqua fresca di limone. Asciugamani da bagno quanto ne hai bisogno. In tutto, molto comodo. L'unico “sottosolo” è stato i bambini che saltano nella piscina interna tutto il tempo – non c'è possibilità di rilassarsi.Francamente – con una tassa di CHF 70 per 4 ore di spa area (non ci sono trattamenti inclusi!, penso che ci dovrebbero essere regole, che gli ospiti hanno un posto tranquillo per rilassarsi dopo un trattamento. In quanto membro dei principali Hotel del mondo non è la prima volta che io passo un po' di tempo per la notte, o per il benessere in un 5* Hotel. E sono abituato a una zona tranquilla in un Spa. D'altra parte, la sicurezza per gli ospiti La piscina è alta. Un membro del personale ha sempre spostato l'acqua dalle mattoni, che era lasciato dai bambini che saltano nella piscina. Voglio ringraziare per questa cura e previsione. Non perdere la possibilità di vivere questo Spa, con splendida vista sulle montagne e personale molto buono, amichevole, utile, nonché massaggi molto ben addestrato e amichevole.

We've spent our second consecutive Christmas and New Year's at this hotel. Just finished a three-week stay and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, rooms and facilities are clean, breakfast is good, and they have convenient amenities like a laundry room and ski room. Easy bus access to all mountains. Planning to book again next year.

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year. Booked this hotel as very few hotels offer anything less than a full week. It’s only a three star hotel with no frllls but this makes it comparatively good value for Switzerland. We had two interconnecting rooms for the 4 of us which worked really well. Rooms were spacious with balconies and decent storage space. Bathrooms quite small but showers incredibly powerful (and hot). Bar is self service but selection is fine and lounge area is comfortable. Very good breakfast choice. Staff all very helpful and friendly. very good location - 2 minutes walk to either train or bus station which makes it easy to get to Klosters Platz or Davos. 5 minute walk to the Madrisa lift. I would stay here again

L’hotel è senza dubbio molto bello e curato, ha una lobby molto romantica con il camino. Lo staff gentile, fortunatamente c’era una ragazza che parlava italiano che ci ha aiutato molto ed è stata gentilissima, mi ha aiutato con questioni burocratiche e ci ha fatto avere una camera più bella rispetto a quella prenotata. Infatti la stanza era molto bella, accogliente e pulita. Abbiamo avuto qualche problemino di incomprensione con il cameriere a cena perchè nessuno parlava italiano (stiamo parlando di un hotel a 5 stelle e non ha camerieri che parlano le 4 lingue nazionali) ci abbiamo messo un sacco a prdinare da mangiare e a farci capire dal cameriere finchè non è intervenuta la ragazza della reception a tradurre. Comunque era buono, anche se hanno un menù non molto vasto. La colazione ottima. Arriviamo alla spa, molto carina e curata MA, fanno entrare i bambini in Spa, la zona relax si è trasformata nel parco giochi, entrambi i giorni che ho passato in spa sono stata disturbata dai bambini che urlavano o si tuffavano nella piscina e nessuno interveniva!!!! Per me, hotel molto carino, carino il weekend ma non penso che torneró

A fantastically spacious appartment, immaculately clean and very well equipped. All the staff in the main hotel were friendly and efficient, even though they were often in demand from the many groups staying there. The bar was really nice with a competetive price list (by Swiss standards) and served with lovely nibbles and a smile. There was a free concert every early evening on the road above the airport and it was lovely to see local families and visitors enjoying the music. The location was excellent with nearby shops, transport, the art gallery and lovely walks and climbs. There were some minor negatives: the English TV channels were not working but it was nice to have the chance for conversation and reading - my advice is to take an extra book! We should have reported it but didn't... Some cushions on the sofas would be nice too.
