直接在德法公園畔，一家十分熱情友好的4星級酒店，房價裡佈置得很漂亮，也很乾凈，衞生間裏的洗用品均是L’Occitane公司的產品，酒店的早餐也十分豐富，酒店裡的餐館，手藝也很好，均可在室外或室內用餐。 我們今年還會進駐這家酒店的！

When we leave the comfort of our home we always look for something good to make us feel comfortable outside. And in this case, when I’m going to talk about Victor’s Residenz Hotel, the word is exceptional. My weekend trip to visit the DEUTSCH-FRANZÖSISCHER GARTEN Christmas market in Saarbrücken was only supposed to be three days, but I felt so good staying at the hotel that I extended my trip for an extra night. And what I would like to mention is far beyond my room. Because yes, the hotel room I stayed in was significantly welcoming, everything was very clean and beautiful. And the Hotel is so Romantic and kind of sexy tho... Believe me, bring your love one here you not gonna regret it. However, I confirm in all letters that the stars for the Victor's Residenz Hotel go to the staff. From the reception to the more than kind staff (Bar and Kitchen). Especially to Yousef Mohamad and Suzanna who made my stay on Sunday a very happy end to the night. As it was still early to go to bed and I still needed to work a little to get ahead of my work on Monday, I went to the hotel bar where the two were spoiled for choice. While I was cozying up in the beautiful SALON ROUGE, I was served a plate of cheeses and breads, a very well-prepared drink and a delicious Kalsberg. Even though it was late on a Sunday, they were super friendly and certainly provided impeccable first-class service. I would like to leave here my sincere thanks to the Hotel and the entire team and to all of you who, like me, are lovers of good treatment and pampering, your place in Saarbrücken has a name; Victor’s Residenz Hotel.

What a surprise this hotel was! We dropped in for 1 night on the way to Croatia, only to find some of the most comfy rooms, most attentive service and some of the best food we had in a while. Totally unexpected and strongly recommended to anyone traveling by car from UK to Southern Europe by car. It is also close to the main motorway and has a lovely pond and a Franco-German Friendship Park attached to the back. Well worth the detour and kudos to the staff.

Stayed in this first class hotel recently, everything was very nice, classy and clean, lovely room and bathroom, would definitely stay here again, free parking, great breakfast in a lovely dining room and everything you could need.

This hotel was a big dissappointment. We booked it on a journey through Germany, arriving around 8pm. We were counting on being able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Upon arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed. The staff insisted we had been informed per email, and that the closure had been announced on the website. We double checked all our correspondence, and had never been informed. There was also no mention on the website. As a result we had to scour the town at 9pm for a place we could still have dinner. We later sent an email to the management about our experience. Rather than apologising and offering any for of compensation, they stubbornly continued to insist that the closure had been communicated per email and on the website.
