Such a lovey place. All the staff are super helpful and so great with my 2 year old little one. The massage I has was honestly one of the best I have had and it was a very reasonable price. Lucia and Joni were so attentive and even put up with me trying to speak very broken Spanish and helping me learn as I went along. Both their recommendation were great and we had a great time . Some of the customers are very abrupt and rude but they all dealt with it so well, always with a smile on their face, thank you so much for looking after us and our family xxx Ps my little one lived the ball pit ❤️

Enjoyed our visit here. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and all clean and tidy. They had singing acts on 3 times in our 9 days otherwise fairly quiet. Good views from most rooms. Ok the food- we thought it was ok and while not always hot we always found something we liked.Use the microwave to heat it up. Lots of casseroles pork, chicken, rabbit or turkey.Now labelling main course dishes. Pasta dishes and salads always some fries and nice paella type dish a couple of nights vegetarian I think. 3 minutes to beach turn right for S'Illot a bit livelier in an evening. Turn left for a lovely walk up to the castle Punt de n'Amer.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service, had to come to this hotel as the hotel we booked first was disgusting . We found this hotel on *********** last min and when we arrived was greeted with good customer service . The room was amazing with beautiful views . Very clean and welcoming Would definitely recommend for family holiday

Just back from 4 night stay at this hotel, mixed reviews about food before going. Could not fault this hotel at all! From start to finish, had a lovely experience with all staff. We arrived before check in and we got our all inclusive bands on and got told we could wait in the bar and have lunch. Bar area was lovely and staff very friendly, we were all inclusive and had a massive selection of drinks. Drinks available were soft drinks, tea and coffee, beer and wine, sangria, cocktails and spirits. You had the option to upgrade to get more spirits but we were happy staying with the all inclusive local ones. We then went for lunch, restaurant area was lovely and clean. There wasn’t a huge selection of food at meal times, however we always going we were able to make a meal easily with what was on offer. The food we had was always really tasty. At breakfast there was normal cooked breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt and pastries with fruit juice, water, tea and coffee. Lunch and dinner there were always 2 types of meat being cooked fresh as well as fish and a veggie option too. Everything we had was really tasty, couldn’t fault it at all, only thing was there wasn’t a massive selection to chose from, but this was fine for us. We then got checked into our room. The room was lovely! We were on the top floor and had a pool view which we could see out to the beach too. We didn’t upgrade our room but appeared to have gotten an upgraded room. This had a double bed, desk, fridge, safe, wardrope. There was the bathroom next door, and then another room which had a large wardrope, couch that could pull out and desk. Both this room and room with bed had a flatscreen TV. The pool areas was also really nice, very clean and never an issue to get a sun bed. We arrived to the pool about 3pm on day one and got a sun bed with no issue. Every day we went to the pool there were plenty of sun beds all throughout the day. We didn’t go up to the second pool which had the comfier loungers as we just stayed by the normal pool. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very approachable. There were animation team members going around all day and night Time too. At night time there was always an act brought in, we had. A DJ the first night , and then the next 2 nights there were singers who came in. Even at night time it was easy to get a seat in the bar to watch the entertainment, even though the hotel was full. Overall this was a great stay, we would highly recommend this hotel and would return.
