Aquabelle Apartments

Beautiful and spacious apartment, great location. Donna was very accommodating for us. Well appointed and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach, shops and easy walk to the supermarket. Thankyou for letting us stay at your lovely apartment.

I booked an apartment 5 that overlooks the Pier beach front. The apartment was beautiful, modern and well stocked with essentials. And right off the Main Street so great location. Check in and check out process was easy and owners very prompt responding to questions. The only thing I would flag is for elderly people or people with injuries, access is via a set of steep steps (about 20) so may prove difficult (although there are hand rails to assist).

Large comfortable beds. Modern, clean and well equipped apartment, everything you need. Awesome location, central to everything on the Mornington Peninsula. Great communication from owner. Will definitely be staying here again and again.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a couple of days or a week stay. Very easy to follow instructions to find the studio and to enter the secure premises. The owners are easy to reach by phone if needed. It is very close to the beach pier, many cafes/casual restaurants and Woolworths. The bed in #7 is comfortable with great cooling/heating throughout. Nespresso coffee pod machine to use with ample pods for a couple of days. Full size fridge and washing machine. The parking underneath is quite small but could still fit a large 4wd. There is extra parking outside the gates which is unrestricted (except over summer months until the end of April) The outside of the building is nothing flash but the inside was perfect for our stay.

A great apartment overlooking the Rye pier. It is well appointed, modern and comfortable. The location is is within walking distance to local shops and a short drive to Sorrento and Portsea for shopping and restaurants.

Loved the place, everything you would need: amenities, comfort, modern design, spacious with a nice balcony view over Rye beach, good location as well, easy drive to Point Nepean National park or Cape Schanck, close to Woolworths and some restaurants. Seamless check-in & check-out. Great host, easy to reach and was very helpful responding to my wife’s extra request, thank you :-) Highly recommended place to stay.
