Aquabelle Apartments

We really enjoyed our time there. The units were very well appointed, quiet and very well maintained. The sea view from the unit was really great & this was the best part of our stay.Also the pricing was excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends

Great location for our stay in Rye. We were lucky enough to have a view of ocean & pier. Easy check in. There are a few stairs to access unit, but once you are unpacked it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of restaurants & cafe’s within walking distance. It was a great base for our golf.

I was lucky enough to win a 2 night stay with my family in apartment 5 and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely stunning and felt so luxurious yet comfortable. It's very child friendly - Donna and Vesna made sure we were all catered for. We can't wait to come back again in the warmer months, Rye is a true gem on the Mornington Peninsula and these apartments are the icing on the cake. Wishing you all the success in the world!

We had the pleasure of staying at Aquabelle 3 for the weekend. From the minute we stepped through the door, jazz music softly playing & beautiful soft lighting, there was everything we needed & more. The furnishings & decorating is gorgeous & it was so clean! The kitchen had everything needed & there is a coffee machine or plunger coffee & pot, tea & sugar also provided. The bathroom & hidden laundry had all the goodies & beds were sooo comfy. I could not rate this high enough & will be defiantly staying again & again. Drinks on the balcony for the evening & breakfast there also with a magnificent view of the water.

We had a wedding to attend in Portsea. As I thoroughly researched all the hotels in the area, I ended up as far as Rye before I finally found a hotel I was comfortable staying in. Aquabelle was exactly what I was looking for and more! There was a slight miss hap with receiving the entry code to get in but that was quickly amended by Donna (the friendly staff member who attended to us) without drama. Upon arrival the apartment was heated to room temperature and soft jazz playing at a subtle volume in the background. I loved it. I can get quite phobic with strange hotel rooms, especially when it comes to bathrooms which is why I have to be very particular with where I stay (even a hint of lack of hygiene will send me packing), however I felt immediately comfortable and at home. It didn't have that used apartment/ hotel room smell that some places can have. It was absolutely spotless! I would definitely stay again once the weather gets hotter so we can enjoy the beach as well.

This is like my ideal dream home! Wide spacious kitchen with cosy living & dining area! Balcony with seaview! Washer / dryer behind cabinets , that's just so neat! Spacious bedrooms & comfy beds! I esp love the Washer& dryer hidden behind cabinets concept! we had a kid age 2) with us & thou we didnt request for extra bedding for our child, we were still provided with a playpen! tat's really very nice & thoughful! A wide selection of DVDs was also provided which again shows how thoughtful the owners are! We enjoyed sipping wine & chocs while watching Transformers (provided by them) & next morning my child enjoyed watching Hi-5 as provided on DVD too!. Location was near to Peninsula Hot Spings which we went at nite. Road there is pretty dark but thankfully there's gps. only 1 thing which we didnt quite like, the flight of stairs to get to the apartment; on opening the door, it was a flight of stairs leading straight to 2nd floor where our 3bedroom apartnemt was. we had to lug all our heavy luggages up :( . Overall , we really love this place a lot,highly highly recommended! & tip to travel light so need not lug heavy luggages up.
