"Stayed for 3 days, we were in a room across from the hotel, the room had a kitchen and seating area, a bedroom, and a very spacious bathroom which we weren't expecting. The room was cleaned every day.. The hotel itself had a lovely sunny garden. The staff are really friendly and very accomodating. Location is great right in the middle of town but up a steep hill. Beach is a 15 min walk, bus and train station is 5 to 10 min walk. There is a sainsbury a couple of doors down if needed. Only negative is. In our building there is no lift, I am not sure if there is one in the main building. Its a steep walk back up from the beach if you are not spritly this could be a problem. We had no problem. Shopping, there are a few supermarkets and Boutiques which I love, a Peacocks and a Poundland, plus other holiday shops. Getting around, is easy, you have the train that goes to Lake, Sandown, Brading and Shanklin. The bus station where you will find buses that take you all over the island less than a 10 min walk away."

"The only saving grace are the reception staff and a couple if others. Generally the staff are surely and act like you are an inconvience. Example. Try asking for a pot of tea at breakfast. 6 morning in,4 mornings pointed to a hot water dispenser and a tea bag before grudgingly served a pot os tea. Sometimes with milk and tea cups sometimes not There is a menu but it’s well hidden. The buffet is just cheap food service products that look stale and uninviting. Really poor effort The room is so tired I felt sorry for it. The curtains so old and frail that as you pull them they rip, literally. I don’t think it has been updated in 20 years. Even the room ridge has gone missing. Just a gap where it should be An expensive place that looks and feels like a premiere inn but at over £200+ a night very far from where it should be One more night then onward thank goodness"

Il hotel è stato molto più aperto, ma è stato molto più aperto, e il personale è molto amico e utile. Le letti sono molto comodi, grandi strutture e mi sentivo molto rilassato dall'inizio alla fine (quasi) ... La mia auto è stata bloccata nel mucchio e i ragazzi di manutenzione (Ben & Pete Credo che i loro nomi erano?!) andavano sopra e oltre per spingere la macchina e salvarci!! Si sono impegnati in azione e hanno risolto rapidamente la situazione ...we apprezzato davvero la risposta rapida!! Grazie, si fermerà di nuovo!! Xx"
