Staff friendly and helpful. Room in need of upgrade. Shower needed fixing. Motorway traffic and landing planes audible. Bar and eating facilities good.

The hotel was ideally located for a family wedding celebration and very easy to find with plenty of free parking available. The room was showing it's age, but in no way affected our enjoyment of the stay; and breakfast was spot on.
The staff are without doubt Kegworth's best asset: everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly, helpful and professional. I was especially grateful on Saturday morning to the lovely lady who kindly printed out my wedding speech for me (I'd left the original at home - yes, I'm a numpty!)

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, plenty of free parking, large and very clean room, will be my default choice for future visits to Donnington Park.

Nice place to stay good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing which I felt was disappointing was the room had no soap to wash your hands.

Was on ground floor as requested. Check in easy. Only problem we had was people above us were very noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around all night

Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room was clean amd spacious. Unfortunately the socket didn't work next to the bed which was required for medical equipment,the receptionist wasn't able to swap rooms but was very helpful and gave us an extension lead.The bathroom extractor didn't work either and unfortunately no maintenance worker was available.

Heating in the room didn’t work and there was no WiFi despite it being advertised as coming with free WiFi. Staff were also unhelpful when I tried to raise concerns and just blamed the manager who wasn’t on site.
