Da fuori si vede che la struttura risale al periodo sovietico ma poi ci si ricrede di fronte all'accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff, alle camere e bagno grandi, arredate modernamente, e con le finestre con vista spettacolare su Danubio. Buona scelta e qualità relativamente alla colazione.

Sosta di una notte all'hotel riga Posizione eccezionale sul Danubio camera grande con una finestra a nastro dal quale sia un bel panorama soprattutto se come noi si è ai piani alti. Albergo pulito buona la colazione è buono il servizio. La situazione generale è però un po' demodè. La ripresa del turismo perché ritornata anche l'albergo la piena funzionalità

We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and it has always been OK. However we went to have a meal there a few weeks ago and it was just awful . Staff were rude ,service extremely slow and the food definitely below standard.

The hotel is horrible. The building is decrepit, to use a nice word, curtains are black plastic, and so is the floor - who was full of hair. The bathroom smelled decals and the toilet would not flush. Thr breakfast was even more horrid - salami, ham left in a room with no air cond while there were 40 degrees outside. Ty here were 8 guests in the whole restaurant, and when we asked for a table outside, the lady took the crumbs, but did not bother to change the mats until asked to do so. The toilet downstairs was full of papers on the floor. The decoration looks like in thriller movies. The only nice thing was Svilenia, the girl at the reception: she spoke perfect English, had great recommendations for food and drinks, and was so very accomodating. The owner should invest a hefty amount of money both in cleaning and renovating and the training of his staff.

2 grade service, 3 grade food and the hospitality of the terrace employees cannot be rated (below zero). I will never return to this place. a negative experience that I do not wish on anyone, not even for an evening when I stopped on the way to Greece

I returned to this hotel after three years, I described more details about the hotel in the previous post. The same friendly and kind staff as always. This time I booked an Executive room (mini apar**ent) with a large matrimonial bed and an extendable sofa. The room is clean and nicely arranged. The room located on the 10th floor with a superb view. Very good breakfast, free parking. I recommend this hotel for transit or longer stays.

This is an nice hotel with splendid view towards Donau river. The hotel is huge 16 floor but still quiet. The rooms are nice, but carpet floor is getting worn and sticky. They had slippers tho. Nice restaurants and garden availability. Breakfast was mediocre. Panorama restaurant in top floor is worth a visit. Parking included.

You have to smile when talking about this hotel. It is located ideally next to the Danube promenade, 5 minutes away from the city center and at the same time in a quiet area while offering private parking. If you look at it from the outside, though, you get the shivers even if you're already familiar with it, like I was. But the inside looks very good, even great if you consider the prices charged). I really enjoy the elevators - communist elevators made modern and reliable - and the view is very nice even from the Standard rooms. The Standard room is huge in size - you could fit 2 decent basic double rooms inside it - and everything was spotlessly clean and worked fine. The staff attitude was very welcoming and the hotel has a great restaurant. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Ruse!

The exterior and lobby are old school. Same goes for the elevator, you have to open and close the doors by yourself. However, the Delux room we received on the fifth floor was very modern, elegant, spacious, and most importantly, clean. Breakfast was good, but I would appreciate adding a bowl of fresh fruits on the buffet. View on the Danube is nice. Location is excellent.
