"L’hotel e il personale dove bella un po’ date ma è stato aggiornato al momento il personale era bellissimo e il cibo era bellissimo e cucinato fresco"

"Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge."

"Sono stati molto buoni quando ho chiesto latte extra, perché ho trovato che avete bisogno di 2 in una tazza e mi hanno lasciato un sacco più la stanza era tedia e il personale sembrava molto piacevole. "

"La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e calda. È quello che volevamo per il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Non ho visitato il bar o il ristorante come era con il mio figlio di 12 anni, ma il menu era eccellente e la zona del bar sembrava piacevole. Molto spazio di parcheggio a posto. Sicuramente visitare di nuovo!"

"Bella hoteliera"

"Ci deve essere più scelta alimentare. Manutenzione IE cambia o riparazioni alle porte o radiatori non dovrebbero essere portati mentre gli ospiti sono rilassati, lavorano o hanno un sonno tardivo. In 2 occasioni il personale di manutenzione ha lavorato per diverse ore rovinando il mio soggiorno. Molto rumoroso."

"A really handy place to stop after a late flight."

"Quirky but in a good way. The receptionist correctly confirmed that my booking was for a standard double room, so when I opened the door I was amazed to find a huge room with two double beds and a single and enough empty floor space for another three doubles. My amazement continued when I walked into the bathroom (again huge) with two large spa baths (I later tried one - very relaxing). The site has a lot of history having been a country house, home of a German princess, Jesuit retreat and an RAF leadership school. Set in several acres of grounds which also made for a pleasant walk after an enjoyable dinner. I’ve sometimes paid more for a Premier Inn or Travelodge."
