Jewel Paradise Cove Adult Beach Resort & Spa – All Inclusive

I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with very friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly. The facilities were good and met all my needs, making the experience comfortable and relaxing. While I was disappointed not to have oxtail at the buffet, I did get to try it at the Platinum Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious, so it made up for it. I also had a fantastic time on the glass-bottom boat ride, it was such a fun and unique experience. The Christmas Day activity was another highlight, it added a festive touch to the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, enjoyable activities, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived in the lobby. I was greeted by Donoye (sorry if i misspelled her name) and Tracy Ann.

It is the people and their love that infused our entire experience. They freely shared the culture, the knowledge and experience of living beautifully black in the Caribbean. The spa at this resort was excellent with very skilled associates. We were blessed the entire time.
